The location is really nice, overall close to restaurants and other attractions. Most of the staff are nice as well.

This stay was totally different than when we first stayed there in 2018. Its supposed to be non-smoking building, but guests are smoking in the balcony and everywhere else. The night we decided to leave earlier than our check-out date was because the room right next to us had a couple the was fighting, shouting and throwing furnitures in their room. None of the staff seemed to care to approach the matter. When I explained the following day at the receptionist the reason why we’re checking out early because of the commotion, she did not seem to be bothered much.

I wish housekeeping would ask if we needed clean linen. We had pets and a toddler it was very hard to keep linen clean for 6 days.

The bed was comfortable and the TV worked well

The tub was clogged up, and the floor was extra slippery, I almost fell. The housekeeper indicated that we must leave the air conditioner running or the floors get sticky however the room was extra cold when we entered in and turned it off for ten minutes. The balcony has no privacy we were basically facing our neighbors, it was just a weird and uncomfortable feeling. The shower head is trash. It barely comes out and you must make sure your body is aligned with the stream of water coming out. We went down for coffee at Starbucks, the store was open, but not a person in site. We waited and then left to go somewhere else.

Clean comfortable room. Wonderful staff. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The long line during check out was ridiculous (for the elevators). I had to walk down 15 flights of stairs to get to the bottom.

The water features and location were excellent. My kids loved bopping from the beach to the indoor pool, outdoor pool, and lazy river.

The floor in our unit was really scratched up. I couldn't figure out a way to position the shower curtain so water didn't get all over the floor.

I liked they had a restaurant inside the hotel . And a pool inside and out for my grand baby . I liked how the staff was very pleasant and helpful .

The elevator was really hot . And very slow .

The restaurant staff were amazing and the food was delicious

The bed was harder than what I’m used to but big and nice nonetheless

I Liked the ocean front view. Had excessive amount of water and or moisture on floor and night stands.After that everything else was ok.

toilet didn't work properly, and it leaked. room did not get cleaned and no new towels while we were there.

Good location and beautiful resort

Front desk person seemed like he didn’t want to be at work that day so he wasn’t in the best mood but that was it.

The location was great! The size of the room was great for our little family.

The check in process took 3 hours and when asking for updates staff was frustrated, finally after asking staff to personally go check it was ready had I not of asked them to go check we would of still been waiting. The room walls and lamp shades had mold and mildew everywhere ( I'm allergic, so now I have a body rash). The fridge was rusted, and the ice maker didn't work. Had to have someone come fix the TV, and the phone didn't work.

The location was great

the sheets were ripped, the fridge had rust on the outside and inside. Some of the furniture was pealling other had pealed. When they cleaned the room the garbage from the previous guest was still under the sink...the windows curtains were dirty

I love the location it is right on the beach. I would wake up to looking at the ocean and it was an amazing experience! The restaurant is good and easy to get served.

I did not like the checkout on Sunday. It was so crazy but the staff did the best they could to control the traffic flow. Leave out early is key if you can. It took my partner 30 mins to be able to get on the elevator with the cart.

Great view!! The pools and bar was a great asset. Over all good experience

My room 308 was out dated and not as spacious as I thought it would be. Room Def needs updated!!

The location was great, close, and convenient to all attractions and restaurants. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Check-in was effortless.

The only complaint I have is the vending machines on main floor were down the entirety of my stay and the coffee shop never seemed to be open, always closed for maintenance.

I liked that it was beachfront and close to attractions.

There was mold covering the walls and ceilings, it was hard to breathe in the room, the staff was dismissive and uncaring. The pool always had bits of food and garbage floating in it. I would never recommend this to a soul.

Everything was pretty decent

The floor could of been mopped with a good wet mop , was sticky and upgrade the matress, but was pretty clean other than that room 1022

Once pools were clean , being outdoor on pool deck was nice .

Could be a lot cleaner . Pools had bulid up sludge all around were water meets level height. & weren’t cleaned before opening time period . We’re getting cleaned right after opening. And in my room I was staying in there was black mold on ceiling & vent , that’s just been painting over &over .

Have cockroach in my room in the bathroom sink and kitchen. Some people from front desk are rude and give to is a bad look to answer questions.

I loved that I could bring my pets in a clean and safe environment. The hotel was quiet, non smoking at all (always a plus). I liked that the pool area had a bar and also hammocks.

They would excel if they had a goods/ mini grocery store for the quick buy of forgotten trip stuff so you don't need to leave the premises. The washing machines were outdated. I wouldn't mind using an app to pay instead of coins.
