Pools and hot tubs great, attached market amazing. Room with the kitchen and laundry really good amenities. So helpful to have the washing machine in the suite. Large bedroom with comfortable bed.

The pull out couch mattresses were like laying on the floor. So hard! Thankfully the staff provided us with alternative mattresses that were less firm the second night after I asked for some sort of solution. Check out time of 10 am is quite early and check in at 4 is late. Parking in the underground was limited and right spaces but I am grateful they had parking.

It was like solving a puzzle whenever you wanted to turn on a light switch - they were located all Over the show and the lighting was not good - quite dark, sofa bed was not made up, no servicing during stay - not great value for money - wanted a coffee cup which I found on last day located in lounge room Not in kitchen cupboard which one would expect

The staff and room were fantastic.

Although the room was great, we were located at the back of the property and the work traffic and bus at 6:30am was a little of a unexpected wake up call.

Location and proximity to central village was good

We were seniors travelling - gave us a room under a room with young child who ran around, jumping off bed, until 11 pm then cried for half hour. Family room (with dual entrance that we shared) next to us was up at 6 am doing dishes and packing up so dual door was constantly slamming. Our coffee machine did not work and worse of all, there were earwigs on the walls by our beds.

there is no daily room cleaning and garbage colecting, we stayed three nights and there was no cleaning during the whole stay.

Our toilet didn’t work the whole first night and wasn’t fixed until the following day, and we had key card issues the last day because the wrong check out date was entered.
