The bathroom seems to have been updated recently and is bright and clean.

The rest of the room is quite run down and the covers are quite old with a bit of odour. Not the worst I have seen but considered there were cheaper rooms just down the road closer to the highway.

The front desk was very helpful and welcoming very respectful Made sure I got my information right.

I didn't have towels in the bathroom and the TV wasn't working plus there was no garage bins in the room. The floors were very sticky didnt like the smell. I didn't take any photos during my stay which I should of done it but i know next time to do it.

Staff were very pleasant and the location was great for my needs

Number one was the mouse poop in my bathtub and sink. The moldy grout around the bathtub and padded toilet seat that doesn’t clean well and window curtains that covered the air conditioner

There was no internet ,no coffee maker ,old decor empty chip bags in drawer dryer sheets in bedding

One towel in the bathroom.. the floors were sticky and it smells like smoke

The personnel running the motel were very polite and helpful.

They need to upgrade the furniture and bed coverage plus get better cleaning staff. Not vacuumed under the beds. The wall in the tub had a few

The restaurant that was attached to the motel was good. The motel clerk was excellent.

The rooms were dingy and the carpet was stained..definitely needs a remodel and new furniture.

Size of the room works great with 3 beds I'm family room. On-site restaurant and lots of parking

Only concern was light didn't work in bathroom, we improvised with a lamp but prolly should be checked before the room is booked out

I was traveling solo on snowmobile so trail didn't go to the place but other than that I had no issues. Restaurant on site was good and handy.

Snowmobile trail access would bring them more business!

Unfortunately I didn't go for breakfast.

The location and proximity to the bridge made it super convenient. It was easy to find and check in was a breeze. It was also really nice to be able to back in to a parking space right in front of the room door to unload bags.

The place is definitely not modern, but I knew that when booking, and to be fair, it was quaint. We didn't pay ritz prices, so we were not expecting ritz accommodations. It was a safe clean place at an affordable rate to rest our heads. As a note about staying in Borden-Carlton - nothing is open much later than 7/8 for food options, so if you arrive late be prepared to order pizza.

the girl at the desk was the friendliest person in the world and very helpful. there is also a restaurant attached to the hotel which is open till about 7:00 or 8:00. I found the bed very very comfortable and the TV was good and the air conditioning was good
