The handle on the bathroom door was almost detached from the door. There were water stains on the ceiling tile in the bathroom and in the corner closest to the outer wall of the sleeping area. They had spray painted the bathroom stain white to try to cover it. There was a large amount of dust on the bottom of the night stand. The beds were small and uncomfortable. The springs on the edge were broken. The linens did not smell fresh. The parking lot was tight and jam packed. They had pleather chairs that were peeling and provided one ply toilet paper. There was no menu button available on the remote. The walls were paper thin. I could hear all the outside noise and activity above and next to us. The room is not worth what I paid.

Location was nice. Room looked and smelled clean.

Bed was uncomfortable and there was a stain on comforter. Door knobs were falling off and outlets were protruding from wall. Half of the light bulbs were burnt out.

staff had no idea what they were doing. They moved me from two different rooms because they forgot they rented the room to somebody else.

waited in car for 40 min while room was “being cleaned”. Finally used the key and walked in to check on how much longer it would be, only to find 4 HOUSEKEEPERS ALL LOUNGING on the bed! pic below of housekeeper who has staff all lounging on our fresh made bed!

Much cleaner and fresh painted buiding. Staff is taking maintenance and cleaning seriously.

Need to update the linen and bedding. Some furniture is old and not working properly.

Tv connection didn’t work Bathroom electrical not up to code Shower drain needs to be fix. Water hit the metal drain and it went skittering across the tub.

That the house keeper busted in my room before 11 o'clock check out while i was getting dressed and didn't apologize. Instead she chose to stand there and question me about if and when I planned on checking out!!

This room had been totally remodeled and was just great.
