The room smelled bad and had to spray a lot of febreze to cover up the smell of beer. As a none drinking family, we don't recommend this place for families.

Comfy and clean with a great staff.

I loved the room upon arrival, quiet, clean and reasonably priced. Whomever was cleaning the rooms forgot to leave clean water/wine glasses.

Clean, quiet, nice large tv with crave included. Nice help yourself hot sit down breakfast. Nice friendly staff.

At first they wanted more money for my dog even though I had selected “pet friendly” in the filter but they later relented . I got a pet room which meant, “inferior “. It had a chemical or cleaning smell that didn’t go away after opening windows. Dreary room, thread bare carpet, inferior sheets, scratched up furniture, an air conditioner that wouldn’t get cold enough to really cool, a bathtub that leaked when filled, a sink that wouldn’t drain and a hair dryer that wouldn’t work. When front desk was notified they responded quickly and fixed the sink and the hair dryer.

amazing place to stay. staff were so friendly and accommodating. we were able to check in early and book several more days. I would definitely stay here again. I loved that they were pet friendly, it truly felt like a home away from home. They staff were constantly cleaning the place which made it smell so fresh and clean and made me feel comfortable about my kids touching surfaces. They extended their breakfast hours to accommodate the late morning wake ups with extremely tired children. we were able to borrow dishes when we needed them to heat up food for the kiddos. I have travelled a lot and stayed at a lot of hotels, more than most people and this by far is my favourite. every time I go back to Dawson creek I will be staying here. I only wish to find hotels like this in other places.

the only think that wasn’t great was we had a older air conditioning unit that really didn’t help to cool things on the really hot days. But it takes time to replace units in all their rooms, but the over all personal care and amazing service makes up for it and the building was cool in the main areas.
