The managers work really hard to create a clean, safe and quiet place to stay. Rooms are small, but I had everything I needed, including a mini-fridge and microwave. Good Wi-Fi. This is now my first choice to stay when working in the Bay Area.

Shortly after one of my guests arrived, manager loudly knocked on my door and demanded that myself and my guests leave the property immediately and that police was on its way. Didnt explain the porpuse of his frustration and simply said we were “crazy” people.

good motel in a not so good part of town. Friendly staff, renovated room.

There was no chance to get a coffee in walking distance.

The staff was very accommodating and courteous. The WiFi/tv heat/air, microwave and refrigerator worked.

the staff spoke to me very rudely, shouted, could not properly explain that it was impossible where it was impossible to park, I parked my car, the hotel employee ran up and immediately started screaming without explanation. I think that such employees should not work in hotels. A hotel is a place where you come to relax and sleep well, gain strength. You arrive tired because you have been working all day.

Everything was clean and nice. Very quiet. If you needed to sleep all day you could. Just let the management know to put your room on do not disturb. Our room looked exactly like what was pictured on your site. The management was helpful and kind. We felt safe. The exterior was very clean and neat. The location was right near the bay bridge and access to everything.

The place was really good. But if I was making improvements I’d do the following. 1. There was no added lock on the door like the one that flips across. We would either have to pull or push to make the lock click into place. 2. I wish there was at least two chairs in the room to eat at the little table. 3. I needed an extra mirror to finish getting ready. The only mirror was in the bathroom. 4. A coffee maker in the room would be great.

it was close to BART, the stuff was lovely.

the location, it’s not in the best neighbourhood in Oakland. it was kinda scary.
