When I initially booked through Booking.com, I entered that I had my dog. The quote I based my purchase on was $172-.
When I checked in, the hotel charged me an additional $50- non-refundable pet deposit. This was unexpected.

Very clean and modern - all of the decor in the public areas and the bedrooms was first-class. The hotel is nicely situated close to the I-70 and a short 20 min drive to Breckenridge resort.
The exterior of the property is somewhat drab - makes for a nice surprise though when you step inside and see how modern and clean it is.

I slept next to a wall, adjacent to the sink. There was no breakfast, unless you wanted to pay $20 for. The room was $220 plus tax, really, no slice of toast or bowl of cereal? I'm pretty sure this Marriot used to be a Super 8, had A room on the 1st floor and was so noisy all night long.

The indoor pool was closed. The TV satellite was out the whole time. One of the elevators was out. Overall a very poor experience for the money.

The room was wonderfully open, minimalist, and eurocentric....qualities that we find open and inviting. We had dinner at the bar and loved the Spanish wine and tapas...

Location for our travels was great. The bed was fairly comfortable and we were able to sleep relatively well. Morning coffee was decent for a hotel.
The bartender in the lounge made a decent drink, but she seemed like we were bothering her.

Love the remodel of the facility inside
Bed wasn't comfortable and the small refrigerator has a clear glass front could not turn off light. Parking lot and front entrance were Old and showed its age. Not appealing at all. Handicapped ramp was ridiculously long and steep.

Trash overflowing from the trash cans outside of the hotel. I wouldn’t be surprised to see rodents hanging around there. The property and facilities are extremely outdated. Thinking about the shower makes me shudder.

the parking was an issue and I almost had my truck towed its really crammed at the moment with construction going on there but I would still stay again after it is renevated
