Location bad, hard ti get to, lots of semis. Lots if traffic. Getting back on xpressway hard. Room clean but old… did not use shower .. clean but old handles, broken tiles.. Toilet 12 inches off floor hard in knees. Bed made noise getting on and off. Room clean xcept dead roach.. everything looked old.

Good day on Google I am at the Eco Lodge hotel here and I've been here for the last 4 days and the process the last two days I've noticed they've raised the price and changed the rules I've stayed here multiple times and this has never happened I believe it's because it is run into her hands and not her husband's and she does not play by the same rules

The only thing that was good this time around was the actual housekeepers the custodians but as far as the front desk code lack of Personality without her husband and this is by far the worst day I've had since I've been here and since her husband has not been here.. the front desk also didn't acknowledge I was here or deal with the problem

this property is advertised as a FREE BREAKFAST - not true, there is no breakfast, no coffee, no service except housekeeping, this is deceptive

The man at the front desk was very rude to me and my girlfriend who showed up separately

Rooms smelled,floor turned my white sock brown,bed mattress’s was cheap,hard and wore completely out!! Pillows was flat cheap. Rooms very dated. I would not recommend a dead person for this hotel!!!! completely junk and nasty!!!

The customer service was bad, the property was horrible..... so bad that we didn't stay and the property manager would not let us cancel... we just lost money

Blood and cigarette burn on sheets. Dirty washcloth hanging in shower. Area felt very unsafe.

That I was able to at least get a room on short notice.

The room was a disaster and it was super dirty and smelly in the room and it was extremely hot because the ac didn’t work. The other guests were load all night long and it was too close to the main road where construction was going on all night.

Management is awesome and keep the property in professional standard. Salena is so amazing and customer focused, with exception. All the staff is a joy to speak with.

There were semi trucks with trailers parking directly in the middle of the parking lot blocking customers in their parking spots all night long. They were still there at checkout the next morning. Loud music all night and when booking the hotel online it says that it offers a free breakfast but when checking in I was told that they no longer offer breakfast. There was also a dog bone on the floor of our room under the air conditioner which obviously means the room was not cleaned very well.
