First class service and amenities. President Trump was there.

The bed wasn’t comfortable. Paying the high price of a double suite on the 61st floor, the bed should be comfortable. The jacuzzi tub gets were broken which was very disappointing.

Large rooms, quiet, nonsmoking, clean, comfortable.

Did not provide towels for 4 guests, which was indicated at booking. Had to call for extra towels each day because only 2 were provided by housekeeping. Did not provide enough soap and shower wash for 4 people; did not replace nearly empty bottle/soap. Took an extra one off the housekeeping cart and housekeeping took it back. Very strange.

Outdated rooms.. looks like built in 80-is. Nothing modern, no options for opening windows ( even for draft only ). Basic bathroom. for the provided value cost was way above.. I was expecting top notch hotel for 300 usd night without breakfast.

Nosso quarto tinha uma vista incrível para a Strip. Vimos os fogos do ano novo de lá. Facilidades de fogão micro frigobar que ajuda muita quem está com crianças. Quarto grande e com banheira de hidro. Adorei tudo.

Um dia a banheira não desligada e no outro o fogão mas prontamente vieram arrumar.

El pessim tracte a la recepció del Hotel. I els carrecs injustificats a la meva targeta de credit, que després d’haver estat reclamats, segueixen sense ser restituits. Son uns lladres.

Muy cómodo con excelentes vistas y servicios dentro de la habitación. Si quieres descansa del ruido es un lugar perfecto, que a la vez está bastante cerca de todo en el que puedes caminar sin problema

Justo al momento del check out hubo un resguardo por alguna celebridad demorándose casi 30 minutos el valet en traer el vehículo

The location is great, at the end of the strip and it makes it easy to walk drive the whole strip. The parking is free which was a perk. The staff at the front were great and the whole exerience was really good!

It does require 7-10 minutes f walking to get the Wynn- which is the strip itself. We didn't our room cleaned at all (3 days) or new towels/water bottle.

The service wasn’t great. Bit rude pool waiters. The housekeeping very poor. Infact didn’t exist. Rooms not cleaned daily. Wet carpet not attended to on arrival to our room after requests. Doona covers filthy . See attached room photos

Very clean and luxurious. Best hotel I’ve stayed in. Staff were amazing as well. Having no casino in the building makes it that much better. Will book again when visiting Vegas.

Location not great as next to derelict site where there was a homeless lady camping out on the street so it didn't feel safe to walk back to the hotel. We had stayed at another location accross the street on the strip and as a 5star it far surpassed the trump hotel. The beds in Trump are very uncomfortable as are the pillows. The windows are not soundproofed and you can hear the sports cars and flights passing at all hours.

Beds - very uncomfortable Kitchen - but no utinsels or cutlery, plates etc. completely empty Staff - locked myself out of room and took ages to get back in. I had to call them 3 times to have someone come to me. Cleaning - no regular cleaning. You have to request it apparently. Security - someone opened our door the first morning and closed it when they realised we were there without saying anything. We don't know if it was staff or another guest or someone else.

Cleaning of room - had to ask for it to be cleaned on 2nd day not having been done on the 1st day. Cleaning staff turned up at 10pm to clean room. Coffee and water supposed to be replenished every day (according to the criteria outlined in the 40$ per night tourist tax). Also no facilities to print out boarding passes (again outlined in the 40$ tourist tax)

Very spacious room, comfortable bed, sitting area, small kitchen appliances, very nice toiletries. Wonderful staff. Food expensive, but very good!

Non-smoking property, but room smelled badly of smoke. Guests shld have to pay a penalty if they smoked in room. I have allergies and very sensitive to that smell. Make-up mirror did not work. Tried on 4 outlets. Only 1 cup provided w/K cup maker. Asked for shaving foam, shaving kit delivered but tube was totally empty!!
