Well designed room. Very nicely furnished. The view was perfect! The room was spacious and great for the 4 persons we had to spread out and relax. The fitness facility was top notch - one of the best I have used. Loved the washer/dryer in the unit. We used for a few hours every day!!! Loved our stay and will return!

Minor wear and tear in the unit, particularly the white floor base which was dirty and splitting in areas. The television control was awful and for the most part did not work at all in the bedroom. The good new lies in the fact I don't go to Maui to watch television. The dishwasher operated poorly at times.

Staff were unprofessional, short in staff, never responsive to questions and phone calls and they kept saying that they’re busy!! No power, no generator, no light or candles for last 30 hours due to fire and storm of course but the property was not prepared for any natural disasters, no hot water, they didn’t offer even ice, no internet! We’ve been like hostage in last day of our trip, for $1400 per day we expected much more care and set! Even at the very last moment when we were trying to leave early and go to airport, both the manager Fred and the other guy said roads are closed and there is no way to get to the airport, we didn’t trust them and we left, two blocks away a police officer showed us how to get to airport and one hour later we’ve been at the airport and we caught or flight!

The size of our apartment was great, easy walk to the beach and walk to the village shops was good.

Struggled to find staff at times especially on the morning of departure which was quite early. The apartment had a musty smell which probably came from not being aired frequently.

Great location with ocean view and sidewalk to Whaler's Village. Perfect location. Large rooms, spacious living room and kitchen, great pool. Beautiful grounds that are well manicured with pretty flowers. Nice balcony.

I was a bit surprised there is not even a bar by the pool. That's the only "downside" to the whole place in my opinion, which wasn't a big deal at all.

Limited parking for large vehicles and no in room USB ports.

On a beautiful beach. Very close to lots of places to eat. Lovely spacious rooms.

No restaurant or bar.
