I I like that the rooms were clean.

I didn't like that there was no internet and I didn't like the customer service that I was giving by the gentleman that checked me in. I was giving a smoking room which was my mistake I didn't pay attention to the room that I was reserving. When I caught the front desk about getting a non smoking room he told me it would be an extra $15. I checked the prices and it was the same price for non-smoking and smoking. When I went up to the front desk and stated that to him he moves me to another room. I was not told that the internet was not working, which I thought that should have been one of the things that he told me when I checked in. I went to the window to ask a question and the general was on the phone. After me standing there a couple minutes can you continue to talk on the phone and turned his back to me. I stood there a couple more minutes and finally just went back to my room. Now I feel the good customer service would have called the room when they got done doing what they were doing to see what it is that I needed or wanted, that didn't happen. I also didn't like that there was no ice machine. I wasn't told breakfast hours either. Also when checking in for some reason he thought he needed to tell me that there was no in and out traffic it's though I was a child or look like some type of person that would have traffic in and out. I kind of feel that it was a black thing I hate to say, but whatever the reason was I didn't appreciate the way I was treated.
