liked the food except Starbucks needed to be better supplied with their products, it was ok but wouldn't stay again.

We reserved a King bed room, and at time of arrival they change our room for a two queen, probably a huge priority guest, I think. Bar tender guy was un polite, and tge other one had to take over and he was very nice

Better than most hotels. Big hotel but didn't see many people. Clean and spacious.

I got charged more than the booking.com price plus they chatged me another 50 on top of that 😠 plus the person working the shift during that time was rude. Will not be going again .. also no microwave in rooms

it was pretty

They had absolutely no customer service. There was supposed to be valet parking, but there was no one to help with that when it was time to check in the person behind the counter made it seem like it was an inconvenience when it was time to check out it was the same issue they were very rude. The beds were not comfortable at all. The phone and clock in the room didn’t work. The outlets were in horrible places. Also when we called down to the front desk using our own personal phone the wait was horrible and when we were trying to let them know something was wrong they told us we would have to wait tell morning to get it taken care of and it was only 11:15 pm.

the bed was about the only thing clean! The bar was nice but not as nice as it looks in the pictures. the bartenders were top notch !

the toilet and bathroom faucet both leaked in our room. the bathtub was dirty and rusted . the vanity was cracked . the ice machine was broke. the carpets in the rooms are dirty. the hotel was full from a wedding or I would’ve demanded a different room. will not stay here again!

I loved everything about my stay! The bed was comfy, the front desk staff were exceptional, my room was clean, spacious and smelt great! Will definitely be back!!

The wifi and parking are included. The staff at the restaurant was friendly and efficient.

The hotel is very old, the elevators was not working well, the carpet was dirty, there was a bad smell in the hotel, the staff was not friendly, the housekeeping didn’t clean my room. The A/C was not working, the sofa in the rooms was very old and dirty. They change me to another room and was almost in the same conditions. Very old.
