I believe only reason anyone would book this hotel is the price

Unprofessional staff. I asked for laundry hours and the old receptionist stared at me like mad, then he told me the laundry room would be closed for the day at 8pm. I went to the laundry room the next day, and the sign says the laundry room closed at 8:30pm. I guess man didn’t want visitors to use laundry room? Next morning I wanted to change some coins to do the laundry, and the same guy was very unfriendly again. He didn’t say anything and passed me the coins like I’m a beggar. The laundry price is also high, I paid 7 dollars for 1 basket of clothes. The young guy was alright, but this mid-age man would stare at you like you are a criminal.

Light is dark combined with old furniture making me feel uncomfortable

Smooth check in, friendly staff, free parking, good value for money, restaurants near the hotel. They prepared a cot for our baby in the room.

Other guests were noisy and rude. Please have staff remind guests not to make conversation while in the hallway.

Clean and staff was very nice

My room was freezing upon arrival....the heater was not that effective....since this motel is in the Bay Area they should consider it gets cold....I couldn't take a shower for an hour, because that's the time it took for the heater to heat the room.
