Well taken care of and felt very safe. The staff were very approachable and friendly. Great size pool.

The overpriced room; the price did not match the quality or cleanliness of my room/hotel. Shame on them for overpricing 400% bcus of local events. Hotel staff are the ones who advised me they typically would only charge $100 for my room, but bcus of Dodgers, NASCAR, Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood being in town they marked up their pricing. Horrible, not worth it. Pay the xtra money for another Hotel.

They advertised breakfast and we were told at check in breakfast served. In the morning bad coffee and a box of doughnuts that looked stale. NOT BREAKFAST!!! I did not like the room rate based on what we received.

The pool was closed. Broken heater. No reduction in rate offered. I should have cancelled before we checked in. We were to stay 2 nights and couldn't. Room smelled too strong of bad cleaning cover up scent. Will never stay here or the chain again.

The room had been updated compared to our room last year.

There were no grab bars in the shower. Nothing to hold on to.

Easy freeway access, tons of shopping and things to do close by.

We had to request a different room upon check in due to an excessive use of air freshener by the cleaning staff. Our next room wasn't as bad but still required us to "air out" the room for a couple hours due to the smell. I would not recommend staying here if If your sensitive to chemical odors.
