The place was clean and comfy. Good showers with good hot water. Plenty of towels. Internet was good. TV had rogers TV so good things to watch.

We couldn't have a coffee. The coffee maker was broken when we got there.

Paper thin walls - hear neighbour's snoring and fussy children throughout the night Pillows were flat and limp No tissue No trap in the kitchen sink - huge waste of water doing dishes by hand. We didn't have enough dishes for a full load. This was my second visit to this resort. I'll NEVER come again. Way too much money for substandard accommodations

The room very clean cozy and comfortable. The facilities are available and very good. We stayed for 1 day only. We enjoyed the stay.

The wifi is not available. It's connected but no speed and gets disconnected frequently. If you want to stay for longer period then wifi is biggest issue. Other things are exceptionally good.

Easy entry

The email was never returned about getting a shuttle pass. 2 guests and only 2 towels and 1 hand towel to use. Not sufficient. No toilet paper other than what was on the roll. Nothing under cabinets to replenish. Not a full set of dishes or glasses. No tea towel to dry the dishes. The unit was nicely decorated and modern however the walls, baseboards and showers are very dirty and chipped paint. Lots of cobwebs and dirty windows. $80 cleaning fee is more of a money grab.

Location was private. Beds ok. Hot water good.

Stairs were not clean, carpet corners full of dust. Bathroom ceiling lower level black mold on ceiling. Very limited kitchen items for cooking. Owner should have list of items available so guests know they need to buy or bring things to cook with. Apt presents well but after being there a few hrs notice all the baseboards are chipped, damage in living room ceiling etc. This apt needs a fresh paint and a full steam clean. The private unit deck is uneven and missing chunks of wood that has rotted away. Deck should be swept between rentals to save damage as I can tell pine needles have built up with water and created the damage. The front deck aka entrance has been updated and replaced but the private deck has not been repaired or replaced in a long time. As well 1st night I was awake all night bc neighbors were blasting music well past 11pm quiet time cut off. There was no dedicated internet source for this unit either, had to use my own data, as there were no open networks and no in unit internet instructions. For the money feel I paid premium for a not premium rental. I rent places for work/medical related travel, often, and this was the most expensive vs least maintained unit I've stayed in in awhile Bonus: staff I dealt with via txt while trying to get the correct information to check in were rude and "manspoke" to me about information I didn't have. That's why I was asking for it :) I also asked to speak via txt to accommodate my disability and was told I MUST ONLY CALL. I stopped communicating with the rep after he was so rude and it certainly didnt make me want to ever rent from this "true blue rentals" ever again.
