The hosts Sonny and Jenny are just wonderful; the bkfst was delicious and their company made us feel at home. The room was prestine, spacious and very comfortable. Location was near good restaurants and within walking distance of Queen St. The main shopping Street.

Excellent breakfasts.Delicious,creative,well balanced and beautifully presented. Gorgeous garden--very spacious and well appointed room. wonderfully comfortable beds-best sleep in a long time. Godiva and Lindt chocolates and light snacks in room. Gas fireplace. Fluffy bathrobes.Hosts Sonny and Judy so warm and welcoming-made us feel like we were staying with good friends. Very helpful dining and touring tips. We had great conversations with them at breakfast. Their location was ideal-we were able to walk everywhere and yet far enough away from the main street traffic

Our hosts Judy and Sonny were awesome. Judy provided fabulous breakfasts and Sonny was so engaging in conversation with exciting stories of his travels. We were pleasantly surprised at the beautiful flowers and the location was excellent. Three women who have been friends for years were their guests. We will definitely stay there again when we come back to NOTL. House was immaculate! Loved the location because we could walk to town and enjoy the beauty of the area -- beautiful homes and flowers. This place is a gem!

Spacious and very clean. Luxurious bedding and delicious breakfasts! Gorgeous gardens! The suite included a Keurig coffee machine and unlimited coffee pods, a full range of teas and a refrigerator. Wi-Fi and a large smart TV, fireplace and comfortable chairs completed the room.

Sonny and Judy were amazing hosts and made our stay extra special. They ensured that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfasts were delicious and even catered to our dietary requirements. The room was spacious and spotless. They welcomed us into their beautiful home. Excellent location. We would highly recommend. Their restaurant recommendations were fantastic. We will definitely go back.

The White House in NotL provided a fantastic experience for us wearily travellers from Scotland. I say experience - as that’s what it was. It was far more than just a B&B or a Guest House. Sunny and Judy run a very professional and caring facility. The breakfasts were bespoke each day, with everything home made and served carefully and perfectly on time. The entire house was spotless.. the room was massive, with everything you could really want from a suite. It was located far enough away from the main drag in NotL, but so close we could walk there in about 5 mins or less. This is definitely a facility we would recommend to anyone! Well done to Sunny and Judy for making a memory out of our NotL stay!

It is a wonderful place to stay with great location, exceptional services, super friendly and knowledgeable staff and absolutely gourmet breakfast. Everything is nearby and in walkable distance close to downtown and lots of attractions. The room is quite large and extremely clean.A hidden coffee bar within the suit is with filtered water available to make your own favourite coffee or tea. We found it is so convenient especially in the evening. The balcony outside the suit accessible from a shared hallway is a relaxing spot at the end of the day. The place is well organized for health and Covid rules. We had breakfast area completely for ourselves while having breakfast and totally feel comfortable, relaxing and private. Sonny is excellent and extremely knowledgable on helping us plan our activity from where to eat and where to go and see. They turned out fantastic and perfect! Judy is such a sweet hart and amazing cook I must say. We had wonderful four-course morning meals with exotic yogurt and coffee to start and followed by beautifully arranged fresh fruit in a plate and gourmet breakfast main dish. It is absolutely amazing. Parking is conveniently located at the back of their house and free.

Sonny and Judy went above and beyond to treat us as family. Incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable about the NOTL area. Breakfast was delicious and very filling - no need for lunch afterward! Walking distance to many restaurants and downtown NOTL. Highly recommend.

Hosts were amazing. Really got to know you and what you were looking for out of your stay. Breakfasts were delicious. Judy went out of her way to prepare me special breakfast’s since I don’t like eggs. Location was 5 blocks from town and only a 10 minute walk. Clean and spacious room. Sonny gave us a nice driving tour of the Niagara area after shuttling us to church. Again, above and beyond expectations.

I didn’t like how fast the weekend went. Wish we could have had one more night. Next time!!!

horrible sleep, not comfortable comforter or pillows, washroom sink would clog . breakfast was not what I expected. host is very intrusive and nosy, needs to understand to give people space.

The room was very spacious and cozy. The hosts were wonderful and provided us with lots of great recommendations as well as local places to eat and how to best utilize our time. The breakfast they provided was always excellent - fresh, hot, lots of variety and absolutely delicious!

A wonderful couple, Sonny and Judy, own and operate the BnB. Excellent breakfasts, conversations and a beautifully kept property. Sonny phoned ahead with very helpful travel suggestions to avoid hwy 55 construction on our way to the BnB. They were very Covid-19 respectful and responsible, so we felt safe and respected. Easy walking distance to the main street of town and we loved walking different paths through the various streets of a beautiful neighborhood to get into town each of our four days. We've always enjoyed downtown NOTL. We also found a newer restaurant only 2 blocks away, Ruffinos. An excellent Italian experience. We expect to return again to the White House, perhaps in the summer when the obviously well tended gardens will be in full bloom.

Judy and Sonny's outstanding level of service was world class. Very clean spacious and comfortable accommodations and delicious breakfasts daily. Highly recommend and will be returning.

Judy is a great cook! She prepared a lovely gourmet breakfast each day with different juice, yoghurt and eggs & pastries. Both Judy and Sonny helped us with local information, recommending which wineries to visit (both great choices) and some lovely walks in the area. They couldn’t have been more hospitable and welcoming.

We loved it here. Sonny and Judy are very kind and accommodating. They were also very helpful when it came to great suggestions for things to do and places to eat in the area. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, presented so beautifully! The area is very quiet and the room was spacious and very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here, but hope that saying so doesn't make it impossible to reserve in the future!
