nice location

the key access from the outside did not work

My fridge was turned off and the freezer area defrosted and melted into the carpet and stunk up my room. Someone brought a dog into the hotel and it kept barking and was really annoying. I understand that I agreed to no refunds but I didn't end up needing to stay my last night. I should have been able to get a refund

Room was real clean bed was comfortable

The hot tub wasn't hot jets were not to strong

Room was very comfortable. No noise through the walls. Bathroom sink / counter were updated and very nice. I don't often comment on provided toiletries, but I really liked the complimentary soap, very moisturizing. Full breakfast served downstairs every day was good and they switched it up over the 4 days I was there. I would definitely stay here again or recommend to others.

Free wifi was terrible. I had to reconnect through their access page multiple times during the 4 days I was there, even if I had not left the room. Only complaint I really had.

A/c units were extremely old and very loud. The room was very warm.

I was hoping for a hot breakfast that didn't involve a microwave.

The location was nice. Thought it was cool how there was a restaurant attached to the hotel.

The room seemed dirty and there were stains on the blankets when we arrived.
