The room was great, no complaints. property frequently has workers staying and they congregate directly in front of door smoking. This was a big turn off to have to walk through that to get into the building. smoking away from doors would be preferable. Also the hallways smells like old broccoli. I noticed a trash can by the back door that maybe hadn’t been changed for a few days? It wasn’t fresh cooking smell it was old food. I was in town for a funeral and just wanted to settle in, the girl at the desk didn’t seem very interested in helping me find a room. she just told me they had no queens and left it at that. In the end I went back out to my car, booked a room for less, which was a queen, and came back in. The room seemed clean and was comfortable. The breakfast looked good but coffee was really awful though. Gagging bad! 8/10

The hotel is nice

Room reeked of cigarettes. When we first got in the plug in was overpowering so I unplugged it, could smell cigarettes but mostly the fragrance. We went out then came back very late and the room smelled like cigarette bar. Was super tired so slept instead of asking for new room. Woke with blaring migraine. I mentioned on check out and was asked how come we didn't request new room but they knew they put that plug in so they knew it smelled

i stubbed my toe getting up to use the restroom the tv is beside the bed not enough room to walk around but it was a cute room not sure there is enough room for the pull out couch we didnt try it but closet was nice and the kitchenette to cook there i love the coffee bar all day! hottub would be a perk

the room to get around the bed if you were next to the windows im 140 pounds 5,6 if i was bigger i would not fit between bed and tv stand

2 instances of the staff over charging, It was fixed both times, but it made me question the competence of the management.

Nice layout in the suite. Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets.Plenty of storage space. Felt safe in the hotel – which is my number one priority when I travel by myself.

Well it rained all day, one of the elevator shafts sounded like water was running into the bottom of the shaft. The front desk said the hotel is aware and has been unable to figure out what the problem is.

The location was good and the outside was pretty.

The room was quite small and crowded. The shower curtain was ripped in numerous places and the drawer in the nightstand would not stay closed. Also the mattress was quite hard and the pillows were misshapen and just went flat. Also the mattress on the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. I could feel every bar and spring. Plus, the shower curtain rod was loose, and the toilet popped up when you sat down. The dresser was way to close to the bed which made it difficult to get to around.
