Staff great! Clean, convenient, good breakfast.

Breakfast was great! Good selection! Loved the location as well! Staff was super nice and friendly! Lots of places to eat close by! Looks like they have been doing some updates. Newer tile in shower and countertop and mirror looked new. Loved the mini fridge and microwave.

Hot tub is permanently out of order. Pool had some issues with the door/key card access.

it was right by the highway and very remote. I like that there’s a liquor store right next store. Very convenient after a long day of travel!

Breakfast was fine, food was good .

Trash trucks picking up at 3 am were very noisy. They woke us up two of the three nights we stayed.

Front desk younger lady was so very nice. Beds where comfortable. Breakfast better than most. Pool area was clean and warm. Loved the double black out shades.

Not hotels fault, but whomever was up above us sounded like herd of elephants off and on all during the night. Thermostat fan didnt run constant so didnt have any type of white noise so we ended up going to store to by a box fan. But that's just cause we are all use to sleeping with the noise of a fan. Lol.

I liked how comfortable the room was that I stayed in. It was clean and quiet. I also really liked the lady that was working that night, I didn't catch her name though, but she was very sweet and accommodating and answered all of my questions that i had! And the breakfast was really really good and there was so many choices for breakfast too!

The 1 and only little thing that was a little bit of an issue was the parking. But where you are located I can see where it would almost be impossible to add more parking so I'm not sure what the solution could be?

Nothing!!

The jacuzzi was not working but it said there was a jacuzzi on the site. I was disappointed because I only booked at this hotel to use the jacuzzi.

It was clean and comfortable. We had a nice stay..We were busy visiting and shopping most of our stay.What time we spent at the Hotel was relaxing and the staff was very friendly and helpful..The area is perfect for shopping and convenient to anywhere you wanna go. We had a great stay.

I didn't like my room key wouldn't work..I think my phone being next to it erased it..I just had to go to the front desk and in less than 5 minutes the nice lady had it reprogrammed an I was in my room.

No Tub! I specifically asked for a Tub, the room I selected said " king w/ Bathtub " . We ended up in a handicap accessible room with a big shower that flooded the bathroom when you used it. Do to time constraint there was no time for us to ask about switching rooms ..

comfortable beds

No daily house-keeping … had to request to clean room, fresh towels, etc. And there were no tissue boxes available - was given TP when asked for tissues. Also, body soap dispenser was close to empty and unable to remove bottle from the locked dispenser to try to get some soap out. Also given misinformation at check-in regarding hours for complimentary breakfast so nothing was out when I got there. Also broke my ankle on my trip and asked for a little later check-out - I had to beg/plead with front desk to finally allow me an extra 1/2 hour!

Room, breakfast, and staff were excellent! Room was clean and good size. Staff were friendly and helpful. And breakfast was delicious. Will stay here again.

back door to the first floor was left unlocked all the time it felt very unsafe. The bathroom in our room was very dirty mold and mildew was on the ceiling and shower walls. hair was all over the floor the toilet rocked every time we sat on it. The floors felt like they had t been vacuumed in a long time.
