Hotel lobby had foul odor,mix of vomit and garbage Room smelled like a portable toilet. found gas station restroom style air freshener above cabinet in the room. Garbage was on the floor and surfaces in the bathroom were filthy. mirrors had runs from dry fluid on them. Asked booking.com for a refund so we could go elsewhere, they came to an agreement with holiday inn express to refund our money but I still haven’t been able to get my money back.

The location was great. The one blonde girl who worked all weekend was great! I wish I got her name.

they charged me twice for the room. once when I reserved the room in January and again when we checked out. Breakfast was not good. would only leave 3 towels for 4 people.

The staff was very accommodating. We had an accident in our room and they were very helpful in getting it cleaned up and moving us to another room.

There was a prescription pill laying on the floor in the bathroom from the previous occupant or the cleaning staff. If I had my children with me and they found it instead of me it would not have been a good thing. It was very obvious so I’m not sure why it was there.
