The breakfast was very good and the gentleman that was running it was very attentive.

We arrived at 3:20 and were not able to check in till 7:00 pm because our rooms were not clean. The girl at the front desk was less than helpful, and the other lady was just downright rude and told us we could always go stay somewhere else. When we finally got checked into the one room, it was another half hour before the other room was ready. We rented two suites for 12 people and there were only 3 towels per room. Had to ask for additional towels. The one room ran out of toilet paper in the middle of the night and no extra stocked in the room. Had to go down and ask for more

The front desk employees were nice.

I got to my first room and the dirty towels from the previous customer were still there. went to the second room, no shower no curtain. There was a rod for one, but the curtain had one we been replaced. The counter tops were dirty, the carpets were badly stained. (Please see the attached picture, the view from my room.)

It could have been cleaner. The lobby floor was covered in dirt clods and leaves for the duration of our stay. The room was cozy but there was plenty of room for improvement on cleanliness there as well. And the NOISE level was ridiculous. We could hear everything from the people upstairs and next door. Didn't sleep at all.

Helpful and friendly staff, comfy bed, fluffy pillows, good breakfast w lots of hot options. highly recommend this property!

the property was great! it was clean and modern and the staff were super helpful. they went out of their way to save us money and answer all our questions. the breakfast we wonderful and the kids loved the pool. we enjoyed it so much so that we are changing our reservation on the drive home to this place!

Booked a 3 queen suite and was rebooked into two rooms, but didn't find out until we got to the hotel late at night. My wife and I ended up having to split up between the two rooms with our kids. Not the travel experience we were expecting.

Looked like the floors were not vacuumed, pillow on the floor. Someone's old food left in fridge. The couch looked dirty as well, crumbs in it. The desk was also not wiped down.
