I did not eat breakfast there.

They were very busy the weekend I stayed there so parking was difficult.

It was perfect, been there 2 years in a row, in March on my BF's birthday. I take him to eat supper at the restaurant and they set the table so pretty and give us great service and the staff brought a piece of cake and sang to him, unexpected to both of us. We hope to be there next year for a 3rd year to celebrate. Ivonne was our waitress for the past 2 years...we love her..the sweetest we ever met. Hope to see her next year.

The staff was extremely helpful, welcoming, and friendly.

The fact that it was made up of all different buildings. Our family was split far apart. The walk from the lodgings is quite aways to the lobby, bar, and restaurant for breakfast.

The location was perfect for our needs as we were close to our event venue and there are many options for dining in the area.

Our group was extremely disappointed in the quality and price of breakfast. We proceeded to get breakfast offsite for the days following our first on site breakfast. Luckily the location allowed for other options. Cleanliness left some to be desired but was good overall.

I had a breaker in my room that ran all night and woke me up, the wing I stayed in (Lakeside) smelt musky, parking was awful (I had to park up the hill far away from my side), to get anywhere you had to walk forever. The website needs to to make sure bookers are well aware that this location is specifically for people who love being outdoors, hiking, etc. There needs to be better signage EVERYWHERE.

The staff was absolutely fantastic, friendly, helpful, and responsive when things went awry. If I were to give this property another shot, it would solely be because of the staff.

My first room was infested with fleas. The entire carpet, bed, everything was covered. I was in the room for only 5-10 minutes and was bitten at least a dozen times as I tried to get my things together and call the front desk.

After getting back to the room later in the evening, parking lots were filled up and we had to walk a good distance back to get to our building and room.

The bed was really nice and super comfortable. Great pillows. The staff was very nice.The property itself was beautiful, but tricky to navigate.

Poor quality towels for a luxury hotel. Terrible parking/ lack of spaces in close proximity to my building. Absolutely no amenities in the room. A room at this price should offer a bottle or two of water for guests. Poor options for vending. It’s the only hotel I’ve ever stayed in that didn’t keep a Bible in the room.
