The breakfast bar met pre-pandemic standards. This is a first for us since the pandemic. The staff was cheerfully and helpful.

Everyone was nice that worked there- but terribly overworked.

Got into one room- but other member of party waited 4 hours after checkin. Saw others checking in- maid shared that they assigned the room but didn’t prioritize it being readied - even though front desk said they did. Our room had no bathroom light after we were in room 5 min- but showered in the dark due to lack of staff. Tried to tell front desk at check out but it wasn’t manned for the 15 minutes I waited.
