The breakfast selection was awesome! It was nice to be somewhere that offered actual breakfast items, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits & gravy, toast, bagels, yogurt, oatmeal, make your own pancakes, coffee, 3 kinds of juice, milk. I think the breakfast selection alone has made me a permanent guest.
Nothing! Everything was great! I can’T think of anything to complain about.

The breakfast was very good. I appreciated the hot food. The person at the desk was very personable when we checked in and when I called ahead of time to confirm our booking

The property was clean and well maintained . Breakfast was great.
Not the hotel's fault, but a guest took both luggage trollies and kept them in their room loaded with boxes and tools. Very rude behavior, made loading and unloading the car a pain in the neck.

The lobby was warm and cozy with the fireplace going. The lobby was clean, and the staff greeted us, looking professional and with smiles. There were warm cookies and coffee arrived at 630pm. We were given a room on the first floor but when the staff heard us as we walked out sad that we weren't on the top floor, he quickly gave us a room on the 4th floor. We took the elevator up, and the room was clean and comfy. The beds were perfect. We all slept so well. Dove products were stocked, which was awesome. We forgot toothpaste, and the front desk hooked us up. Great experience
I didn't like that they didn't have a non dairy creamer for coffee.

I think cost compared to the location grant pass is slightly over, can be more reasonable.

For a lot of places in this class, the breakfast is usually continental fair - cereal, fruit, bagel. I really liked being able to get a traditional egg breakfast.
I really felt very welcome from every worker I encountered - front desk, custodian, housekeeping, etc. Many places seem to run by people who don't really enjoy their job. I was made to feel like I was really wanted and that they were happy to meet me and to serve me.
I was very appreciative of the large grassy area available for my dog. There was no need for me to find a dog park. Lots of room, for my dog to roam safely.
Every store and food accommodation was found within a short 3 minute drive. You could even walk to several if you wanted. Being right off the freeway was very convenient.
I do not recommend often, but I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone. Everything you could want and how you want it will be here.
