There was not blackout shade on the window, only a sheer curtain. Once the sun came up, the room was too lit up to sleep.

The room was large, bed was really comfortable, & cable TV was a nice plus.

Shower pressure was extremely low & the couch was worn out(old looking)with stains.

The room size, cleanliness or the property and the amenities. The breakfast exceeded my expectations.

The pool should be open until at least 10pm or 11pm. The property manager never got back to me about staying an extra night. I had to call the front desk at least two or three times to get an answer.

The staff was very friendly, patient, and understanding.

The beds were stiff and very uncomfortable.

For the most part the property was clean. The rooms were clean. The gym was clean and useable. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

The pool area could be more appealing and clean. Also we had to get a room change after one night due to a possible mold issue in our room. There was mold in the sink which at first we thought was just dirty and I was going to clean it. my sister was becoming sick and after being out the room all day we came back in to everything being moist due to the humidity in the room. That’s when I asked for a room change. They changed our room with no issues. Also ice machines didn’t work.
