location was perfect

Dirtiness of bathroom….shower water was all over bathroom floor because bottom of shower door dis not seal. Someone next door kept smoking cigarettes and that smell was in my bathroom also.

The location, easy freeway access and resturants and shopping center at walking distance

the rooms were clean the bed was comfortable and warm. the spa tub was great. the staff was friendly and kind

it wasn’t a good location in the room was very comfortable and clean

during our stay, there was a very loud alarm sound coming from the red alarm box of our room, my daughter got very startled and then someone knocked on the door loudly.It was a security, saying there was a complaint about our music, which was not very loud at all. After that, we had a hard time sleeping, then we received a phone call from the front desk stating there was a complaint about the music which we had already lowered and turned off. We could not even sleep or enjoy our night because of the disturbance and we could hear the room next-door there was loud pounding noises which we did not complain about, but just figured that it was somebody doing something in the other room.

staff was very courteous, rooms were very clean and comfortable. Will be back real soon!

it was very safe close to places.

the room was uncomfortable. at night I turned on the ac because the room was hot i put it on the highest cooling settings. I woke up drench in sweat to my surprise the ac did not work.

so noisy! you can hear people from upstairs walking & the rooms could’ve been a bit cleaner such as door handles & sink faucet.

nothing work , the whole point is having the bathtub working . the Jets didn’t even come on and the tv didn’t work
