Cleanliness of bathroom poor

We were first put across from elevator in the main hallway. Near poll and food etc. way to busy and noisy. Because the a/c wasn't working they quickly moved us to another room which was still on the main floor but way further away. Much better. Why would they put us in a busy noisy place in the first place instead of quieter location? Who would want noise ? But, they were polite and responded to our concerns in seconds and we were swiftly moved.

It was comfy Staff was nice

The pool and hot tub were closed. That is why we rented the room because its winter and wanted to get away for the weekend. When they finally opened the pool the morning we were checking out. The pool was filled with hair, water had too much chlorine. Not much towels in the pool area. The hot tub was still closed.

Clean, and friendly staff.

Pool closed due to hot tub maintenance on my second day of stay. I extended my stay and no one mentioned the amenities being down. Gym was open.

Property was clean, pool facilities were great.

At check in, staff member was assisting a large group to check in. Staff member didn’t even acknowledge us as we waited, which ended up being us standing there waiting to check in for 30 minutes. Once we got to counter for our turn, staff member barely greeted us and never apologized for our wait or thanked us for being patient. We felt this was extremely rude and set a negative tone for our stay.

The day front desk worker was exceptionally helpful. She is a keeper.

The shower is too narrow. Thus, my shoulder was in the curtain the whole time.

It was clean, room was updated, provided a breakfast, had a pool and was in a convenient location. I would definitely recommend it.
