Destinee, the person at the front desk, was very helpful. The facility was clean. Big bathroom. Fridge in room. Quiet. Pet friendly.

No microwave. Not a good dog run area. Room with King bed was actually quite small. I expected it to be a little bigger.

Very clean, modern, quiet and has almost every amenity. Even a restaurant and late night snacks available for that midnight chocolate craving.

Only thing missing was a microwave, but had everything else I needed.

We loved the cleanliness and freshness and how spacious the lobby was .

Pls update your bar hours because they were wrong for Sunday, check your elevator sign because it says the bar closes at 11pm but they closes at 9pm on Sunday. Pls read your notes when booking because I requested extra towels and we did not receive any extra towels plus we were 4 guests in one room and they only provided us with 2 towels for the 4 of us and therefore we had to go out of our way to go get more towels downstairs. Pls ensure you fix this issue so I can come again.

TV didn’t work.

The check-in person was kind and efficient and fun. The cookie was excellent. Room was exceptionally clean. Bed was firm (yay!) and the room was quiet - never heard a sound from anyone else. TV channels and controls easily to navigate - and with a single remote. I was able to park right by the B entrance.

TV has a sharp image with deep blacks, but the speakers are on the back, pointed away from the listener. Especially when the a/c was on, I felt like I was blasting it at the neighbor’s wall yet still missing dialogue.

one of our rooms had an outdated bathroom with tendency to have toilet clogs. the other room while bathroom was remodeled and functional had very limited AC capacity and never got colder than 70 in room

Room very comfortable and clean. Overall property and facilities very dated and unimpressive, needs updating. Staff is very friendly. But you can hear from your room staff pushing carts and making noise throughout the night and morning. Investment in quiet rolling carts would be a good idea. Hallways very acoustic.
