Convenient to downtown Kingsport and the interstate to Johnson City. The staff was very friendly and excellent to work with to make changes during our stay.

bathtub was clogged when we arrived and we were told it couldn’t be fixed until next morning at 9 am. next day after asking for another room had to again go back down because our keys did not work.

Breakfast food was good, met expectations with quantity as well as quality. Biscuits and gravy was the best. Cleanliness was also good with plenty of seating.

1. Elevator; second floor entrance from the elevator had an unpleasant lingering odor. 2. The room also had an unpleasant odor and was offered air freshener, (really?) How about finding what the odor is. 3. Our room had a sour smell and later discovered sour spilled milk in the refrigerator, we cleaned it out our selves. 4. The AC/Heater was not working in the automatic mode, had to run the fan on continuous mode. Overall, the one night hotel was good, we have stayed in worse places. However, if you are going to charge 153.00 per night, let's treat the temporary guest as though they are appreciated by cleaning up the place and re-secure the lobby toilet to the floor.

The bed was very comfortable along with the linens. In fact, I looked the linens up online and purchased them.

The space for the suite I reserved was excellent and the bed was wonderful. The breakfast was marvelous!!! And of course the spa tub was just what I needed after driving all day.

It was a little outdated. New carpets and a fresh coat of paint would be helpful.

It was close to Johnson City and off the beaten path. Quiet area even though there are restaurants/gas stations near.

The keys to the rooms did not stay charged. Had to make multiple trips to front desk.
