Breakfast was ok, selections was cold

The location is under renovation. If you going to renovate, furniture is part of it. Used broke down furniture is unacceptable.

The staff was ver friendly and professional

The room was in terrible condition. Tiles were falling off, no stopper in the tub, dirty toilet, rusted light fixtures.

Breakfast was very nice

Room was close to the highway and had a lot of highway noise. Internet was very slow.

Hot breakfast, to include bacon and scrambled eggs. Pet friendly, 20lb limit on dogs. $50/pet.

Bathrooms look like they have been remodeled, but not very well. Clean, but it was an older hotel, pretending to be a newer hotel.

Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.

The breakfast items were very good and the choices were very sufficient.

This hotel is very old and in need of an upgrade. We were on the 3rd floor and the hallway floor was not level is some places. The in-room coffee maker was difficult to use and the door to our room (#306) did not close appropriately as there was a screw missing from the metal "arm" located at the top of the door. This was brought to the attention of the front desk upon departure.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS RUDE COLD RACIST & ARGUMENTATIVE FROM STAFF!! VICTORIA IN PARTICULAR IF THAT WAS HER REAL NAME. NO NAME TAG ON! Our car went out at midnight & asked what was latest check out time & she said 11, which was a LIE! Posted on website noon & the back of the door. We were only needing extra hour due to car. She couldn’t have been MORE RUDE!!! Or RACIST!!! I used to work at Holiday Inn 33 years ago where slogan was “#1 in people pleasing”, that clerk didn’t care if we were stranded,sick, lost, in danger, or dead, no humanity at all! Front desk needs to be RETRAINED to treat ALL customers the same!!! I see why the MARRIOTT & HILTON CHAINS RULE!!! IHG PROPERTY PLEASE DO BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING WITH FRONT DESK THE FIRST CONTACT YOUR GUEST HAVE!!!

Nice clean hotel. Good breakfast

Tv didn’t work -reservation was booked incorrectly even though I selected the options I needed online. Didn’t get the room I reserved and they didn’t have another room with the 2 queen beds. Luckily they had a king with pull out couch bed. Unnecessarily stressful but glad it worked out. Was told that booking through you guys is a bad idea as issues with the reservations/rooms desired usually get messed up. I won’t be using your services anymore because of this.

The breakfast was amazing

We got the jacuzzi suite. The jacuzzi was dirty. When we asked the housekeeper to clean it she brought in a broom and started cleaning it with a broom (no I'm not joking). There was no hot water for 1 whole day. There were lady bugs I'm our room every time we turned around.
