The pool for kids!! Breakfast was excellent!!! Very nice hotel!!!!

I loved the pool areas. Also the rooms were very spacious. The rooms were really bright! And very clean!

Pool area was great. Nice lobby. Easy location. Friendly Staff.

Room was dated and had a very unpleasant smell, especially the bathroom. Although it was apparent that the room had been cleaned sufficiently by the staff, room still felt “dirty.” Just a result of the age of the room I believe.

There was still clothes in my room from previous visitors stay.

Excellent pool area my kids had fun. Breakfast was good. Really good small family vacation 🤍. Heat pool it’s so amazing 🤩. We enjoyed. Clean room, good size, excellent staff and Kim so kind she explains everything step by step. God bless you guys.

Location and amenities were major perks.

The front desk staff were not as welcoming because we booked from booking.com. They said they would have been better able to accommodate my needs and special requests if I was a member. We also booked a suite for someone who is hearing disabled and I do not believe they assisted us with that. I wasn't sure what the accommodations would be but was excited it was an option and did not notice any differences at all. We also had to wait later for check in because they said our room wasn't clean and when we got to our room it clearly had not been swept. Target tags and crumbs were on the floor.

the morning shift woman (and I’m sure you know who bc I’ve heard several other guests complain before as we have stayed at this property 20+times) she is abrasive and not really cut out for customer service. she is extremely unpleasant however I throughly enjoy all of the other staff. honestly I was surprised to see she still worked there after our last visit that only became unpleasant in the morning when speaking to her on our way out. she continues to bring this facility down. I guess corporate is the next step, seeing as these reviews do absolutely nothing.

There was no parking when we arrived ask if we could park at restaurant we got told we were not sure if our car would be there in the morning if you take down license plates you should know how many cars are in parking lot I feel like I should get a refund for at least one day and breakfast was horrible I broke a tooth on the hash browns worst experience ever with this hotel and we have been to this hotel for going on 6 years never a problem before

We had 2 rooms of kids on both sides of our room and kids in a room over our room that were up and stooping and jumping after midnight. A few times it sounded like they were coming through our ceiling. Did not like that Pizza Hut would not deliver to your hotel.

Loud noise up the ceiling you can hear the kids up the ceiling. Kids running around like they are racing in the hall way. Not good for Quite night. I ask to switch room because the room that we had has loud noise up the ceiling.

It's a great place to come for a weekend away from it all! Affordable, friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere, amazing pools and hot tub and great breakfast! We had a great time and can't wait to come back. Both of my children ages 6 and 5 had the best time in the pools and loved the breakfast experience!

There was nothing negative about our stay at all.
