staff was very friendly and helpful.

the rooms were clean and comfortable but the bathroom was out dated and everything drained slow

Breakfast was acceptable. Missed breakfast one day. Coffee generic. Staff goes out for runs to buy each other Dunkin coffee as proof of the coffee not good but to leave their business to get better coffee. Breakfast I ate second day and day of check out was alright but had to wait to restock.

My toilet in my room didn’t flush, room 404. Moved from 406 immediately because that sink wouldn’t drain well. Overall, the magnetic keys all were all so bad, not just me struggling to get into the rooms but all literally all the people in the 4th floor as they complained too!!!!!!

- asked for quiet rm got interconnecting rm with guest who had tv on entire night loud - floors were very dirty especially corridors around entrance doors

The bed was comfortable.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. It was obvious only a quick clean was done and bed made. There was gum stuck to the side of the dresser the TV was on, and the garbage in the bathroom was not emptied from the previous guest.

Pool was out of service. Should probably state that on line when booking.

Breakfast was very good, everything was hot, clean and tidy.

The Hotel 🏨 was very poorly light at the entrance from the side road, and the car park wasn’t light at all. We arrived in the darkness and had trouble finding our way through the large car park .
