I have photos to backup my statements. Room looked like a disaster. Holes in the walls, patches on walls, fire alarm was hanging off the wall, tried to call front desk and the phone did not operate! Toilet paper holder in bathroom looked like it had been ripped off the wall. Paper was on the counter which was not reachable from the toilet. Blow dryer gave my daughter an electrical shock that went thru her entire body. Then it fell apart exposing wires and was hissing until we unplugged it. Tv did not work. Asked for help 4 times always to be told they’d send someone up. At 10:30pm they sent up security there was no maintenance man. The list actually goes on. It was HORRIBLE!

24 hr security and the shuttle service to Summerfest. There was always someone at the desk and didn’t have to wait to be taken care of. Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure everyone was comfortable (rained like crazy Friday night and they offered towels to everyone as we got off the shuttle). Everything was very clean. Parking lot was clean and well kept.

It looked a bit sketchy. The room (313) did not have a smoke detector, just a bunch of wires coming out of the wall where it should have been.

bathroom bowl slow, drain full of hair. twice room not cleaned. Agoda booking terrible. elevator not working. Basic service, at least the bed was ok and shower.

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious! Our shuttle driver James was awesome too, super accommodating and entertaining. Checking in and out was also a breeze!

They either didn't have coffee our 1st morning or ran out before we got to breakfast. Besides that, the door to the 2nd floor kept slamming unless we took time to gently close it.

I wasn't able to get out of my car because the parking lot was unsafe. I reported the situation to booking.com customer service and I haven't heard back. I had to find a different hotel.

It was great close to the event I went for. Had free shuttle bus. Was just what I needed to sleep since I was out most of the time.

Place could been more cleaner like outside and inside building.

Excellent breakfast, friendly staff and a convenient shuttle service within 2 mikes of the hotel.
