convenient location close to major highways and SJC

for the size of the property, they needed more staff at registration

there was no fridge or microwave in our room

no space in the room the room was out of date with there stuff they had and the pool was super dirty it had a ring of dirt around the pool and you need a room key for everything I most absolutely hated my stay would never go back

Our room was horrible. it was outdated and basically falling apart. For the amount of money we were charged I was very disappointed. I will never stay there again. Parking charge was also overpriced.

The room was very clean. The bed excelent

It seemed to me that the floor was not vacuumed because there were clear traces of a luggage wheels in the carpet.

From check in to check out, everything was done smoothly. and I must say the warm chocolate chip cookie was really tasty!

Multiple problems with the room (pillow case left on the bathroom counter, poor shower drainages, amenities not restocked, poor sound proof and heard noises and doors slamming from the hallway). Wifi was spotty despite this hotel being a business friendly one. Terrible customer service, the parking machine was not working and the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful in addressing the issue. Did not acknowledge my concern or the problem and made the guest walk back and forth from the parking lot twice to check if the machine and the phone were working, when the issue could have been simply resolved by issuing a parking ticket. She was very rude and this delayed our check out process

Location is easy to access

Bathtub wasn't cleaned well prior to stay. Shower pressure was terrible. Bath towels just smelled like Bleach. Bed didn't have a fitted sheet
