Everything was good except for a 25 dollar destination fee that I had no idea about.

Firstly the staff and especially Ms. Amy Dubon and Ms. Carmen at the front desk.. They were excellent and polite. Overall everybody that i interacted with were extremely helpful and that applies to the engineering staff as well! Also, it had an excellent location with direct access to the galleria mall. The bathroom was spacious and well stocked. The room was neat and clean. Great value for money.

The location is amazing and the room is great! The only problem was that the building has no F&B in the property (it will be opened later in the year).

Beautiful comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Besides the WiFi it was perfect!

The WiFi was not working for us, but we were without question compensated.

Other services, the restaurant or a place to have a decent breakfast or dinner, does not exist. Although there is one, is very limited in variety and quality The bar in a place that expensive, is disappointing and lacks variety and spirit of service
