Quarto amplo, bem limpo e bem decorado. O hotel em si é lindo, bem decorado.

Atendimento das mulheres na recepção não foi cordial, Não são pacientes e não querem ajudar a resolver seu problema. O Secador não funcionava, fui pega de surpresa estava com cabelo todo molhado e pedi um novo secador via telefone do quarto, uma das atendentes falou que não tinha e que não conseguia ajudar, depois eu desci na recepção pessoalmente e por sorte um atendente masculino me ajudou, mas infelizmente demorou 1h pra conseguir um novo e esse segundo secador também não funcionava. ( mas pelo menos ele tentou). E no dia seguinte, Deixei minha mala com eles para guardarem e a mala voltou sem roda. Eu não sei falar inglês então não consegui resolver e ainda o lift estava me esperando na porta, não tive tempo. Assim que cheguei em casa pedi pra minha irmã ligar e explicar a situação ( ela fala inglês) e agora to esperando o hotel me dar uma solução pra mala quebrada… espero que pelo menos nisso me ajudem.

Great Hotel, upbeat atmosphere, great staff, very local to lots of restaurants. Close to airport, we took an Uber everywhere, far cheaper than car hire and insurance. Many hotels now charge for parking, unnecessary after the hefty bills in US dollars and the various 'resort' fees and other taxes.

Huge pool but water 'opaque' compared to other pools I saw, maybe related to use of sun screen lotion, difficult to avoid in Miami ! Their bicycles are in need to repair. Rooms are 'tired' and need attention.

The people that work at the hotel were very nice and serviceable. Food was OK. Place was confortable.

Path to the beach was under repair. Pools were too crowded. Outdoor dinning places closed too early. Rooms were not cleaned and maintained every day. We had to ask for maintenance which was given only once during the stay.

La ubicacion esta muy bien, sin embargo, en momentos de pandemia Miami Beach no es la mejor opción, el domingo que llegue era multitudinaria la gente que habia, tanto en el hotel, como en la playa y fuera del hotel; además la gente no usa el tapabocas o lo usa mal. Dentro del Hotel hay alcohol para limpiarte las manos, pero sin dispensador....terrible no

Llevaba una medicina y necesitaba congelar el hielo para mantenerla refrigerada y sencillamente no fue posible, que por seguridad no lo hacian.......increible era solo un hielo y arriesgaba a que se me dañara la medicina con todo y lo que conlleva. De otra parte te cobran un suplemento por ser Resort, y además una cobertura por si hay algun daño de USD 150 diarios por habitacion.....sali hace 2 dias y es el momento en que no me han liberado ese cupo. Lo peor en ninguna parte te advierten que eso va a pasar, Booking tampoco lo dice en ningun lado. Total con el suplento del resort el hotel te sale carisimo. El desayuno que esta incluido es pesimo, si quieres comer huevo debes adicionar 7usd

Rooms are quiet and comfortable!

The lobby was overly perfumed, the common areas and hallways are freezing!! The music in the bar area is awful and loud!

The Ocean View was obstructed by a building 10 yards in front of the balcony they failed to mention and was nowhere in their advertisement pictures. The noise was unbearable! Apparently trash pickup is at 6AM and power washing starts at 7AM. The hotel sold out the beach patio and hotel bar on Saturday night and failed to mention that until a few hours before hand. But still charged me the Resort Fee. Not at all up to Marriott standards! Hello Hyatt Hotels!

This is my favourite hotel in Miami. The atmosphere is very chilled, relaxed and trendy. The rooms are very modern, the beds are the best ever. Bathrooms are lovely. The hotel has everything one needs; nice pool area, great beach and options to eat and drink at the bar och restaurants. The staff at the entrance were constantly very friendly and helpful. Same goes for the staff at the restaurant, bar and most staff at the front office.

When checking out we were met by an unfriendly and impatient person who was not going to show the bill at first just asked of the full amount of money. Then when we noticed mistakes in the bill he got impatient and next to rude. Such a shame and pity as all other staff were lovely and so helpful and it was a wonderful stay apart from the last encounter.

The hotel was so dirty and the amenities weren't like booking photos. The "playroom" were two ping pong tables in the middle of a parking, outside (so ofc without A/C) It doesn't have beach service (and booking say it has) , you have to paid for one apart in the beach, like from other company, the hotel didn't have, included or paid, they didn't. The breakfast wasn't tasty, and also the cafeteria was SO dirty.

Beautiful ambiance and Spa Relaxation. Yoga, massages, pool, music, beautiful room, right on Miami Beach. Very clean and courteous staff.

You had to rent umbrellas at the beach.

arrives at 4pm and my room wasnt ready had to wait till almost 6pm and was given a different room.it was a bad start and never saw at any hotel ive stayed at the beach.i thought the outside bar and food closes too early previously been there much later

Unable to get in contact with the actual Hotel in order to inform them about we where unable to arrive due to ESTA Visa entry issue. Sent several emails without a reply. It is unacceptable that a expensive club hotel ignore costumers trial to communicate with the hotel.
