The staff was very pleasant, welcoming, and courteous. The breakfast 😋 was excellent , and thumbs up to chef Ron. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

It’s convenient close to the train. Front desk and Valet service they’re really nice.

The window curtains look outdated. It’s needs some color to bring out the room.

The staff at the coffee shop. The woman taking orders was not friendly. The woman who brought our food was nice and helpful. We requested an early checkin and was told they would call. They never called.

Room was spacious. Location is near the metro station and eateries are nearby, together with a supermarket. Beds were very comfortable and there's even a microwave in the room which was excellent for heating up food.

The location, the staff, and the hotel in general are amazing! I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to DC. The staff is super friendly and receptive, the room is clean and cozy. This is my 3rd time in this hotel, and it keeps getting better.

The staff were very friendly The location was great, steps away from the metro, food, and a few stores.

I was not given the room I requested, I need 2 queen and they gave me a king suite. When I arrived after a 10hr drive they tried to sugarcoat the fact that I wasn’t getting my room by telling me the king suite is better, but I need 2 beds not 1.. The breakfast was heated and you could taste it, and it was very limited as to what was offered. The pool was so small The shower head was broken so every time anyone took a shower water got everywhere.

Room was equipped with microwave, mini fridge, flat screen TV, and coffee maker. Beds were very comfortable

Some medication was missing after we were out for the day. We reported it to the staff.
