The manager and office staff were extremely customer oriented and friendly. Both exceeded our expectations. The pools were great with towels, pool noodles, and plenty of seating. An outdoor shower along with bathhouse was an added bonus. The vibe was quaint tropical. Close to anything and everything. Yet at night quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay there again. I’ve never been to a place where every guest was made to feel so welcomed. Thank you so much.

Beautiful inn, GORGEOUS tropical gardens surrounding the inn. Beautiful pools, excellent and very helpful staff. Great location ( 5 min walk to get on free Duval loop bus). Would absolutely stay there again!

I reported a concern about the window in our room - I mentioned it thinking that there may not be a resolution at all and thought that it wouldn’t hurt to ask but knowing it was asking a lot - when we got back they had remedied it comprehensively; I very much appreciated the attentiveness and extra effort

The room was amazing with a great balcony, comfy bed, full kitchen, AirCon etc. The reception staff were fantastic going above and beyond to help us with booking trips, bikes and being very accommodating with check in and check out. The vouchers for the bakery were a bonus and we used it every day for a great breakfast. Free chilled water to fill up our water bottles was also great. The 2 pools were also very well kept and relaxing. The web site photos do not do the room or location justice! I would highly recommend anybody who is staying in Key West to book the Westwinds Inn

The landscaping was fantastic. Pools were soothing. Room decor was delightful. The table groupings outside allowed for pleasant morning coffee and fun happy hour spots!

We wish the breakfast voucher would have been at least $10 each. The bakery was an easy walk and eating at the outside tables in the garden setting at Westwinds was a great way to start the day. But for the price of the room it would have been nice to have more to spend each day at the bakery. Also, there were not enough shelves or counter space in the rooms to set cameras, phones, etc on.

Fantastic location and oh so quiet. It was our second stay at the WestWinds and it did not disappoint.

The ad for the Inn listed they had parking. Not true either had to park on the street or in a parking garage for 15.00 dollars a day.

My room was a closet. Bathroom was the size of an airplane bathroom. They said they had nothing else available when I booked. I asked to upgrade, but they said they were full. My friends booked well after me and they both got large king suites.

the Inn was great, clean, comfortable, good location, and good value for the money. The property was lovely and the staff very friendly, helpful and efficient.

We had a very comfortable room adjacent to the pool. The Inn gave us vouchers for breakfast at Old Town Bakery just up the street which was excellent. The property is well landscaped and maintained.

A/C was very loud. It took several minutes to get hot water in the bathroom.

Central location, able to walk everywhere. We were able to get free street parking a couple of blocks away. Lovely gardens with two nice pools. Quiet.

Room very small with the extra large bed taking up most of the space. Very worn bathroom, particularly the shower. Paid for a balcony room, however, there wasn't enough space for both of us to sit outside...only wide enough for one chair.

Great location, only a few minutes to Duval street. The pool area was a relaxing oasis and very beautiful. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly.

Unfortunately our room was next to the street and I guess the only one without a space to seat outside. We expected a bit more for the money.

quiet, perfect location, comfortable enough

I was only there to sleep so I did not get to lay by the pool but it looked lovely. my only issue was the sheets-wish they were better quality.

Very clean and charming. Gates are locked at night so it felt safe to sit by the pool or on your little porch during the night and early morning. Pleasant and helpful staff.

No on site parking, so you have to find your own. The inn had suggestions though.
