This is an older motel, but it was located conveniently off the freeway and the price was good. The bed, was so comfortable as was the pillows!

I didn't like that there was no elevator...had to lug all our bags up the stairs!

It was a close distance to the event I was attending.

It was outdated needed some repairs.

Bed was comfortable. Room had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

Weed smell in the hall. Our bathroom was not cleaned still had a used towel hanging over the shower pole. There was no clean towels in our room we had to go down and get it. The pool has to much chlorine in it, like to the point your eyes burn just sitting in there. The hall and stair ways were dirty, used coffee cups laying around. the staff can be found sitting in the dinning area. Upon check in 2 staff members where sitting at the tables chatting which is fine but odd. Then in the am we went to get breakfast it was so dirty. I have never seen a dinning area so messy before. I get it its quality in but we stayed in many of their locations and nothing ever this bad. The waffle area had spilled batter everywhere, the batter ran out and was not replaced. The milk canisters had dried milk around the sprout, you can clearly tell it was not cleaned. I stayed here 3 years ago and it was no where near how it is now. Will not book again.

we were enroute to our home in Buffalo and were unable to reach our home due to the major snow storm. This was our resting place while we waited.

Service was okay everyone was nice. Breakfast was decent. Pool is small. The lobby area is very nice looks just like the pictures. However, the rooms look NOTHING like the pictures posted on their website and they need some seriously restoration. Floors in the rooms do not have carpet but more of a stick and peel "hardwood" floor. And the entire building smells weird once you exit the lobby. If you are looking for a nice get away hotel this is not it. If you are looking for a place to crash for a night or two and can't afford an arm and a leg.. this would be okay.
