Location was great and the quality of Hyatt Place was consistent with other properties. Breakfast was excellent.

Elevators looked a bit dated.

I would go back to this hotel

Everything we got there early and they let us check in it was clean and one thing for sure we will go back and stay there again

Clean and well maintained. Great location and comfortable room.

The Wi-Fi was extremely slow. Had to work from the room and it was hard to get stuff done.

the staff is very polite and professional, but I did have a problem with the fridge wasn't getting cold and the staff was up to my room within 2 mins. after I called the front desk, the problem couldn't get fix rite away so I was moved to another room perfect I just found my go to hotel from now on when I visit Orlando, Thanks guys.

Sink was clogged, and wasn’t notified of renovations. So little to no amenities.

Me and my family really enjoyed the breakfast out of all the hotels have been in you guys have the best breakfast out of all of them

Nothing to complain

The location and the staff

Wasn’t clean at all. They were renovating and didn’t mention it so most amenities were not available and the noise from the construction work was loud. Very dirty and saw cockroaches at least 3 times in the bathroom. Didn’t not vacuum or dust even when they came to clean the room which was once every two days (except once). Didn’t refill body wash container. The breakfast dishes smelled bad.

Location was decent

Property was under construction. Lots of noise early in the morning. The food wasn’t the best but it was doable.

Very good location, close to Universal Studios, Icon Park, restaurants, actually you can walk and look for close and good restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good Breakfast!

There were a little renewal in the lobby but nothing that disturbed my stay.

Creepy place

The rooms were a nice size and it was a good touch having larger bottles of shampoo and shower gel. Would've been nicer if the shower gel was not a bottle of water. Property under construction and we were never notified. No fitness center and breakfast consisted of poptarts and sugary cereals and granola bars. We booked most of the hotel for a wellness conference. Felt cheated and deceived by the amenities. Will not be back next year.

Place was under construction, dark and dirty from construction. Witch they would have informed us, I would have booked another hotel. They even turned off the water in the middle of the day with a note in the room.

Unfortunately I was there during renovations, so my bathroom kinda smelled like sewerage! I get it and I don't hold it against them, I will definitely be coming back!

We planned I This stay for our twins birthday. So the letter about why you planned to come there was missed and Dawnedh or Dawneth fixed it and put a smile on all of the kids faces

Everything was great. I just wished the young man that checked us in seen the note about the birthday

The rooms smelled and there was mold in the bathroom shower. The box springs were super dirty.
