It was our second stay at a Kimpton hotel and it did not disappoint. Hotel decor looks beautiful. Modern and fresh. Location was perfect for exploring the city. Stayed with little kids and never felt unsafe walking to all major sights. Hotel staff is very friendly. They let us check-in early which was really great! Great value for the price and would definitly recommend staying at the Kimpton. O yes, and I appreciate the social hour and coffee station!
Prices in the restaurant for breakfast rather steep (+mandatory 20% even on the days that it’s counter service).

Such a beautiful clean and modern hotel, plus the staff couldn’t do enough to help out. Plus the location was fantastic.

Location, restaurant and rooms were good
The room we were given smelled bad and we had to move room after the first night. Valet was a bit hit and miss in terms of service and very expensive compared to other hotels

Long hallway to reach room. It would be nice to have a more hygienic flooring in the room instead of the carpet.

Friendly staff. Free happy hour every day was great. Room was big and clean. Definitely recommend staying here.

Breakfast has a many options on the menu. Excellent service both at the restaurant and front desk. The Hotel is located in an excellent location right near the pier and beautiful choices of restaurants around. This is our 2nd time at the Hotel in 2 years.
Everything was excellent. The front desk does a great job in making sure guest are comfortable and very accommodating.

I loved the location and how clean everything was. The happy hour was a very cool bonus that we weren’t expecting. We usually travel with our dog and they have the cutest amenities for them. It was my first time staying at a Kimpton Hotel and we will definitely look out for this brand on our future travels.

We were upgraded to a larger room because of the length of our stay, which we did not request this was a nice surprise .
Nothing, only it would have been nice to make a cup of tea or coffee in our room.

There was a good atmosphere at the hotel. Staff were lovely and very helpful. We enjoyed the free brownies from the shop. The room was a good size and clean. Great to have a fridge in the room that wasn’t filled with minibar goods.
The breakfast was expensive with limited choice. The tea and coffee in reception was cleared away at 10am which I think is too early.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. In Laufweite zum Fisherman’s Wharf, North Beach und zur Cable Car Station. Happy Hour (Wein und Bier for free) war Weltklasse.
Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Hotel müsste mal wieder renoviert werden.

Near Fisherman’s Wharf and good seafood. Convenient pick-up points for wine tours. Nice deco and comfortable rooms.
While providing bathrobes, should also have bathroom slippers.

Great location
Our shower/tub didn’t drain well and even after staff came to fix it, it continued to fill up when showering. We also had issues with our tv wifi connection that took awhile to resolve on our check in day. I made sure to communicate this to staff but there seemed to be no care or concern for us as guests. For the price we paid for our 4 day stay, we were quite disappointed in our overall experience.

Not the fault of the property but found Fisherman’s Wharf to be really tacky and touristy.

Comfy bed, ironing board and iron worked well, centrally located to restaurants and sightseeing.
Didn’t like that my room overlooked the trash bins and had literally no view of anything else.

Location was perfect, clean, extremely friendly staff. They also provided us baby bath, not only baby crib.
The breakfast coupons (50 dollar) didn’t cover the full breakfast (it was perfect and large). AC was a bit loud but we turned it off.

The room was clean, great strong shower, nice soaps, good beds and overall nice hotel which is located perfectly. We got $10/day to spend on beverages or snacks from the little shop in the lobby.
Staff was arrogant (or 'fake friendly' as you could call it) and one guy was even rude. It is not a cheap hotel, especially when you pay a lot for parking, so we expect everybody to be friendly or polite at least. Staff needs training.

Location. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
The air-conditioning was extremely noisy. I could not sleep well. The corridors look outdated.

Excellent location at Fishermans Wharf. Convenient for everything touristy in San Francisco. We loved having a record player and a good vinyl selection plus a few beers at happy hour every day. Staff are very warm, very friendly and very helpful.
