Location, comfort, price

Great location less than 5 minutes walking from the convention center where my conference was being held! Very clean, new looking room with nice amenities. Friendly staff. Workout room with dumbbells up to 50 lb and functional trainer, good enough for a workout on a short stay.

Nothing to speak of.

I loved the location and the bed was very comfortable and the rooms were honestly pretty spacious 

The property is kind of under construction unfortunately… The only elevator that seem to work all the time was the elevator that was under construction and that one was kind of sketchy. We booked a king suite, but got a handicap, accessible suite, and the shower was a roll in shower, which made a humongous mess everywhere because of the way they designed the draining system so that was a little annoying. They also stuck us right by the elevator, which made it a little loud. The fridge was a lot smaller than in other rooms at the Sonesta as well so that was a little disappointing especially when you have to-go food and maybe a couple of beverages you need to keep cold it can barely fit three beers. 

the room was fine but the carpet was wet, since we were very tired we did not say anything

the main hall carpet at the 21 floor needed to be vacuum

It was dirty. I won't be back.

great walking distance to shopping and restaurants

parking was expensive I didn't realize breakfast wasn't included so we paid $20 a piece for a not so great breakfast we also ended up needing to have dinner there and the menu was different than what showed online and it was not good and very pricey.

The location was amazing as well as the staff.

it couldve been cleaner. inside was dingey for pricepoint

location was excellent.

The property was not maintained well. looked like the civil work was going on at the site.
