Good location, near LAX. It was convenient to uber around if required. Price was reasonable. The complimentary shuttle service was appreciated. There was a decent breakfast spread and the rooms were spacious and clean.

The windows could use an upgrade for better soundproofing. The staff were polite but not warm/friendly/ welcoming. The service delivery of the breakfast crew was inconsistent - noticed that they asked some tables if they wanted coffee and served a personal pot for them but they did not ask my table of 4 pax. The complimentary shuttle service van could only take a limited number and it often ran late due to heavy traffic at LAX (while understandable, also wondering what the hotel will do to improve this).

El extractor del baño no se apagaba y el sonido al haber silencio era algo molesto. La zona, si bien estaba cerca del aeropuerto no había muchos comercios ni daba para salir caminando. De no desayunar en el hotel, las opciones afuera eran pocas y malas. El local de Mac Donald estaba muy sucio y de mala atención. El valor del desayuno en el hotel era de 25 dólares por persona, por día. No funcionaban las máquinas lavadoras. Recorrimos durante 22 días la costa Oeste de LA. Este fue el único hotel que nos cobró el parking.

Bom custo-benefício. Quartos limpos, cama bem confortável e banheiro muito bom. Atendeu as expectativas pelo preço oferecido. Bom pra quem vai passar o dia fora do hotel e apenas irá usar os quartos para apoio e dormir.

O telefone do quarto não estava funcionando, bem como o botão para mudar temperatura do quarto. Dias que estavam bem frios não consegui deixar o quarto mais quente através do aquecedor. Além disso, o armário não atende um cabide que seja para vestido longo para mulheres.

First and foremost I enjoyed the location! It was convenient being so close to the airport! It was clean and quiet! It's an average Holiday Inn! I didn't spend a lot of quality time there! I was out and about! I didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool or the bar! I'll check it out the next time

I didn't enjoy how crowded it was getting over to the front door to check in ! The McDonald's adjacent to the hotel was super crowded everyday, so with it having the same entrance it becomes a standstill at the entrance! Also there must've been some type of event going on because the lobby was packed with people and luggage! A good sign for the hotel though! You had to maneuver through the crowd to get to the elevator!

The shuttle from airport to hotel take over 1 hour to pick us up, also I make the hotel reservations for my family my wife 2 kids and myself and the room hade 1 towel , not I will not recommend this hotel and use this again.

Very basic. Wall paper peeling and carpet worn. Towels small and thin. Breakfast very basic. Not great value for money.

We checked in get to the room #729 I believe 🥺it was, we noticed the wallpaper peeling in the ceiling by window along with what looks like water damage!! They placed a lounge chair and lamp in another corner to hopefully hide what appears to be mold ,under the peeling wallpaper from the floor going up. Disgusting . To top it off we opened the window curtain, there was no view all we saw was a construction crew in parking lot full of dirt! I have never! So we go back down to front desk to let clerk know of our findings and view. Her excuse was , “ We placed you guys on the back side of the hotel because the shuttle bus comes and goes all day and night along with las Angeles traffic Noise it would be very disruptive for our work! No! She lied, that was her chance to tell us about the Mob of Protesters that would greet us at front door with drums, bullhorns, tambourines, and picket signs EARLY as 630am and 3pm!!! I HAVE VIDEOS TO PROVE IT! We will never ever stay here again! As much as we travel, and stay at Airport properties we never would’ve expected to surrounded by abandoned buildings and strays! Although this was our first time in LA, we should’ve done our research !

They should’ve listed on Booking the Protest that carried on and give people a choice!

Met all my expectations for a one night stay after a long flight.

I was happy with all services.

The management asking me to pay $40 to park in a fire lane. Once I had told them that I would to cancel my reservation it became an issue

The old rug in the room, worried about bed bugs, and the hookers hanging out in front of the building

There was a traffic problem at LAX and the hotel payed for a cab to get me to the terminal!!!!!.I was so happy that they went out of there way to help me

Nothing much.

A hidden fee was charged for parking which wasn't mentioned on the website. The hotel charged me $40.00 for one-night parking in a parking lot (not a private parking space). If I knew before I select another hotel.

The staff were friendly and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I could have spent all day in bed! I also appreciated the airport shuttle.

The shower would go cold every 30 seconds for about 30 seconds which was unpleasant.

The hotel is a bit tired. It needs a good facelift. Bit expensive for what it was.

After a terrible travel day, getting to a room to shower, change and rest was good.

The strike meant your skeleton staff was overwhelmed... those working were amazing, but there was no bar when we arrived (needed a drink), and the picketers woke us up at 5 am with drums, whistles and a bull horn. In the lobby at 6 AM was a mob waiting for the van to the airport... we walked.

Totally comfy room near the airport. It's a big, well worn hotel but the room was very clean despite still being a high volume mid range hotel. Excellent shower pressure and hot water, comfy bed. We also rated the airport shuttle at 4am for our early flight.

The free shuttle from LAX to the hotel was terrible I waited over two hours, was passed up by one shuttle- that was totally empty. The second shuttle told me it was not the correct shuttle. The third shuttle took me to the wrong holiday inn. When I finally reached the first holiday inn the personal assistant was not helpful and they did not offer me a ride to your location. I then had to pay out of pocket for an Uber to get me to your hotel. No one was responding to my text messages about navigating the shuttle from LAX to your hotel. It was a terrible experience overall - and took over two hours to get just a few blocks from the airport

La ubicacion cerca del aeropuerto y el transporte al mismo son las cosas por las que elegimos el hotel ya que nos cancelaron nuestro vuelo de ultimo minuto. El personal es muy amable y siempre estan dispuestos a ayudarte.

Es un hotel muy descuidado con relación a varios de la cadena que he visitado. Las habitaciones son algo viejas y se nota que no le han dado mantenimiento, huele a humedad, la alfombra se ve vieja y sucia.
