Gute Lage. Direkt am Strand. Mit dem Trolly schnell am South Brach.
Hatten zuerst ein Zimmer neben dem Aufzug bekommen. Ging gar nicht, war viel zu laut. Haben nach einer Rellamtion ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Dies hat dann gepasst. Hatten dann beim Check Out mehr als 80 Dollar bezahlen müssen als der bestätigte Preis von booking.

renovation was a inconvenience only had access to one elevator and the stairs was a strain on my husband

Amazing location in front of the beach.
We enjoyed our stay thanks to the Incredible welcoming and lovely staff. We felt at home and loved. I want to thanks Tatiana at the reception and Kaira at the restaurant that welcomed us and ensured our stay was perfect.
We will come back for sure in our next visit to Miami.

Comfortable bed but that was basically it.
Everything else from the time we checked in until we left. There were two check in people at the front desk, not one of them greeted us. When I asked which one I was to go to the lady just pointed at the other man. He was very shallow and hardly spoke to us about anything. The room was freezing to the point we turned the heat on, not that it even worked, but 63 degrees is not acceptable. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. After showering, noticed the bathroom floor was flooding with water even though we secured the curtain. The TV didn't even have a clear picture and kept skipping. I was supposed to have breakfast included, and the front desk person even said, yet we had to pay over 60 dollars for breakfast. We COULD NOT wait to leave. Worst hotel experience I have EVER had, ever!! The 3 star rating this hotel has should be even Lower.

On the beach, friendly staff, good breakfast
The room was TOO HOT and would never cool down. We opened the door to the hallway because it was cool in the hall and it cooled the room down a couple of degrees. The shower would change from scalding hot to freezing cold.

The beach was great.
The front desk staff was rude. My flight was very early. I have never had an issue checking in early. I expected to have to wait till at least noon, but I was told that check in is 4 and I could try back at 2.. No smile, not I am sorry just facts and kinda of rude. We were told told we could leave bags and use the beach. Weren't give a key card to get back in. When we came back at 2 we're told no room. This time the front desk clerk was nicer. She did say come back at 3 and we would have room. We were given a room then.

La ubicacion es excelente para salir directo hacia el downtown. Al frente del hotel 2 empresas para rentar autos y a 2 cuadras 2 convenient store.
Lamentablemente el televisor estaba con un problema en la pantalla (que segun supimos ocurría en varias habitaciones lo mismo) y no pudo ser resuelto. Se podia ver pero con la pantalla tenia unas manchas o puntos luminosos.

habitacion muy grande muy comoda con escritorio para poder trabajar bien, precio calidad excelente, buena ubicacion cerca de la playa y del centro, muy limpio todo, personal muy atento
la gastronomía no es muy buena, tienen pocas cosas en el menu y no tiene room services, un poco caro los precios para comer y desayunar alli. igual excelente onda los mozos y personal de cocina te atieden re bien. todos son muy amables.

Housekeeping didn’t change towels i was there for 5 days I hade no breakfast because it cost 38 dollars a day no microwave in the room parking cost 42 dollars per day it was to expensive I wish I would have read the fine print

The hotel being walking distance to the beach.
There were no restaurants nearby, and the cost of food inside the hotel was way too pricy. There is nothing in the rooms to identify attractions or things to do and / or see. The front
desk workers seemed bothered when you asked a question, with the exception of the lady that greeted and checked us in.
