It is convenient to downtown and the pool is awesome

The location was great, only 5 mins from where I was working plenty of cafes restaurants and coffee shops within a short walk. The room was great, and air-conditioning worked very well. Ample toiletries and the shower was great. The bed was comfortable, and the room was serviced each day. The complimentary water was a nice touch along with the coffee machine that I didn't get around to using.

The charges to my card were not made clear on my arrival. My quotation did not include taxes but this was not stated in the messages and there was a daily $50 incidentals charge that I was not made aware of. Over $750 was taken for what I thought was a $550 stay. The $150 will be refunded sp I am told, but it would have been nice to be aware of this situation on check in.

This hotel has a good staff overall, particularly the person who helped with the storage room for luggage. They are in a good location especially if guests want to visit places that are in the historic district. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the wifi is good. Rooms have a small fridge as well as a microwave.

Some cons were that the bathroom is very small so if you're two travellers together, then you might be bumping into each other often. The shower spray strength was not as robust as it could have been. I'm not sure why, but I was also missing a bar of hand soap. The size of the bodywash and shampoo that they provide are tiny. One of the things to also keep in mind is if you're in a room that's adjacent to another one you're going to be startled often by the loud noise that the doors make when someone opens it right next to you. A general note on the district/area to be aware of is that many places close early and that they're often closed on Tuesdays or Wednesdays so if you're going to stay mid-week, plan ahead.

The parking facility not connected to hotel. Also the ticket machine did not work—very confusing and took time to get settled. We paid a lot for parking and it was a hassle.

The location was good downtown just a walk up town easy to catch the bus. Most of the staff were very helpful some less so

We found that the property could do with a good clean under the beds had dirt and cobwebs so had not been cleaned properly for some time. The standards need to be raised somewhat for the money they are charging.
