Didn’t understand why the suites were isolated in another build

The location is great for exploring the Canyon, Great restaurants near by for walking to. You must try the yippee-ei-o Steakhouse

Good breakfast! Excellent service during breakfast.

A little disappointed there wasn't an elevator. My wife and I are in our 70's and it was hard getting our luggage up the stairs. Other than that, everything was good.

Rooms are clean and the breakfast buffet is awesome. Only two miles from the Grand Canyon south park entrance.

Loved the breakfast and staff was the kindest I have ever experienced. Imelda was an amazing breakfast hostess.

Good breakfast. I liked the pancake maker. Small balcony, but chilly for our visit. Nice spa in the annex building where we stayed. Spacious.

Limpeza: tinha uma meia usada no quarto quando chegamos. O ralo da banheira estava cheio de tufos de cabelo. Funcionários: um senhor mais velho que ficava na cafeteria durante o café da manhã era rude e demonstrava pouca paciência conosco e com outros hóspedes. Café da manhã: muito simples e com poucas opções. Sequer tinha leite quente.

Spacious suite room was selected. Everything went well and we were happy with the breakfast options.

The town has limited dining options and next time around we would probably choose Sedona as a base.

Breakfast was the best of my entire holiday, and something Europeans are used to compared to ridiculous oversized unhealthy portions elsewhere. Bed was super comfy. Room was large with sitting area and huge bathroom with dove products Great parking. Helpful staff.

Overpriced. Blinds in room were damaged. Bath towels way too small.

Un po' cupo come hotel, vecchio, buio e poco curato. Alla colazione si mangiavano sempre le stesse cose.

This is a very typical Holiday Inn, pleasant, not too fancy, but has everything one needs for a couple of nights. The reception was pleasant, the breakfast was above average: oats, toasts, eggs, fruits, etc We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool in the evening.

The pillows were too big and the rooms were not noise proof, especially the doors. I've woken up several times due to loud door hanging. Either that I have no complaints

Ontbijt was echt Amerikaans, dus verwacht geen broodbeleg zoals in Europa, maar verder goed en met heerlijke pannenkoekjes als je dat zou willen. Locatie was door ons uitgekozen om de Grand canyon te bezoeken en is daar 100% perfect voor! Het personeel deed overal zijn best voor.

Geen problemen met wat dan ook gehad, dus als ze zo doorgaan is elke gast zeker blij.

Lokalizacja przecietna. To za mala osada, zeby oceniac lokalizacje pod kontem tego czy bylo blisko czy daleko, cicho lub glosno, przytulnie lub nie. Po prostu jeden z hoteli do zatrzymania sie podczas zwiedzania Grand Canyon.

Zdecydowanie poprawy wymaga organizacja sniadania. Zbyt wiele stolikow w malym pomieszczeniu i do tego lodowki stojace ciasno przy sobie sprawialy, ze ludzie stali sobie nad glowami lub siedzacy juz musieli sie stale przesuwac z boku na bok, zeby dac szanse na otwarcie lodowek kolejnym osobom. Ogolnie ciasno, glosno i niesmacznie. Zadnych warzyw. Stare glosne klimatyzacje w malych pokojach daja wiecej dyskomfortu niz pozytku.

15’ drive to the South Rim

No laundry facility, room layout not optimal

The proximity to the Grand Canyon was perfect. The front desk staff was amazing when we arrived super early for our reservation and still had a room ready for us. The breakfast was amazing as well. Lots of hot and cold options and the staff working the breakfast were super helpful and kind as well. Would love to come back and stay here again!

A little pricey but worth it for the location and amenities

Location really good for access to the Park and organised shuttle buses, which was brilliant.

The fact money was taken out of my account for Incidentals, damage prior to checking out. This was unacceptable. I understand if a credit card number was held just in case of incidentals but yo have money literally taken before hand, and then wait for it yo be put back into your account was not good business and I will.never book with Holiday Inns again

Nice location, great service.

Spacious room with comfortable beds. Wifi was good. Good location, right in the middle of town (close to restaurants and the iMAX theater) and near the entrance to the Grand Canyon NP.

There was a sour smell in and around the bathroom. Slamming doors caused a lot of noise. Breakfast varied: at 7 am lots of choice, at 9 am very limited.
