The bar and grill have great food, drinks, karaoke. The bar staff made the experience much better. The hotel was in a quiet area so that helped.

The property was trashed. Garbage everywhere. The pool was out of commission and green and we were travelling with a lot of kids from out of state for a tournament so it would have been nice prior to our stay to know this. The courtyard doors were locked so you couldn't use the courtyard which looked very nice. The staff complained about everything and everyone. The woman doing the breakfast buffet kept saying how disgusting people were while she was cleaning around everyone. The elevator had not been swept in months nor had the hallways. Our room was decent but could have been cleaned a little bit better. The toilet clogged on each flush. This hotel could really use some updating. We paid a lot for a room with only double beds.

Room Keys didn’t work after changing multiple times. I gave up asking them to issue a new one as we only stayed for one night. Hotel seemed very old and rooms had a smell of a damp cloth.

The price, and the bed was comfortable.

The staff is good and cooperative

A lot of the things like the toilet flush was not working properly, there was no room service so we had to switch rooms the next night, the breakfast had such less options, the key card were not working most of the time, the telephone in the room was not working so we had to go up to the reception every time there was an issue.

if the woman at front desk had a more professional matter n if the place was clean. i have stayed at this place two other times n i was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel during my last stay.

It was a beautiful Saturday and the lounging area outside pool area was spectacular. We didn't go in the pool. Breakfast was AWESOME and the lady SOOOOOOO friendly.

Had big issues checking in Friday night as the desk clerk was alone and had TOO much issues going on with the (team) kids running around hotel while their drunk parents sat in the dining area. Then poor guy couldn't get a card to read to let us (all) into our rooms. I felt so sorry for him as it was 1 am and it was crazy. He eventually got us into another room that the key card worked on. The room was okay but the bed uncomfortable and 6 SMALL pillows very uncomfortable.
