I wasn’t aware there was a night club there. we had to listen to loud music playing the entire night. we had gotten use to and fell asleep at 11pm. At 1145pm we were awoken to some beating the door that separated us from the other room. it appeared that the occupant of that room was trying to break in. We called the front desk and spoke with Ryan and explained what was happening. He came upstairs to be sure of what room we were talking about. he attempted to make contact with that person but it appeared that no one came to the door. 15 minutes later the same thing happened again and I made contact with the front desk again. The incident happened again for a 3rd time. After 3am no further incidents happened until 7am when we could hear the male occupant and a female occupant screaming at each other. We contacted the front desk and a different person answered. we could hear her and a male employee make contact with the person in the room. They told him to quiet down and left. The male said he was going outside to talk to someone. When he returned we could hear the door between the rooms being hit again occasionally. The female from the room returned and another arguement started. we contacted the front desk again and the stated they would ask them to leave. I don’t believe they left because while we were there trying to rest before checkout the male would still hit the door. We got very little sleep that night. We made the trip to attend a football game on Sunday. We were 5 hours from and were extremely tired the next day. Because we were so tired we didn’t even stay for the entire game because we did not want to drive home so late on little sleep. The room was clean and staff was nice but our experience was horrible because they did not do anything to keep the other guest from disturbing us.

the rooms were dirty, the sheets have stains on them, the room had a bad smell, the outlets don’t work, the bathroom floor needed to be cleaned the place was just dirty over all.

The location is ideal. It is right between the family we come to visit.

There shower head was leaking which wet up the towel. There were people that were partying so loud until 2:30am. I was bites all over my arms from fleas that were in the bed.

Facility needs upgrade. Terribly dead mattress and room smells of smoke, even though it says non-smoke!

Everything. The staff was rude, the room wasn’t clean, the sheets were dirty, the bathroom was not cleaned, too noisy

Nothing. The hotel was a total disappointment. I travel a lot and this is just the lowest of lows. How I survived 3 nights there with my wife and baby is still a nightmare to me.

Rude staff! Very unprofessional crap of a supposed hospitality industry representation. This hotel needs to be shut down.
