The room was in disrepair, there were 2 holes in the wall, the light in the bathroom was falling out of the ceiling, the toilet and toilet seat were loose and had to be fixed at check in, the faucet in the bathroom leaked and the hideaway bed had crumbs hair and hair ties on it. I voiced concern to the front desk staff on our first night about the hideaway and was assured housekeeping would take care of it. The next day house keeping came in and cleaned the whole room with the exception of the hideaway. We mentioned it to the desk staff again. Again we were assured the issue would be resolved. The next morning we stripped the bed and left it out for the housekeepers. Upon our return again the bed was not cleaned. 3 nights at the hotel and they couldn't clean a mattress. The hotel also only had 1 working hydraulic elevator which means at times you had to wait up to 10 minutes for the elevator to reach you.

When we arrived our room was dirty, the blankets were filthy, we changed rooms and there were stains in the bathroom. the pool was FREEZING and the breakfast buffet there were gnats all over the food. I am never staying here again

your employees need a bit more professionalism when we arrive to check in you had no key card so we had to wait until you could get more key cards so we can get into our room. When we arrive for breakfast the next morning you ran out of food we had to wait for more food to be made and for 1995 for the food you put out was not worth it I had one choice of a drink orange juice. What about some water? What about coffee? What about milk price should be $9.95 for what was out there. Maybe you should have a waitress in a menu to order off of. Also, your elevators were not working properly. My seven-year-old grandson got caught in it and it took him down a flight where he was hysterical. Now is the fear of elevators. The lights on the buttons did not work we did not even know what numbers were punched and stopped at, there were no towels by the pool again your employees need a lot of talking and educating.

The rooms were cold and the walls were damaged near the windows. I could here our neighbors clear as day… the pool was filled with mold. And moldy ceiling tiles dripping into the pool as well!!! Yuk!!!

The beds were comfy and the location was great.

From the busted up doors to the paper-thin walls, the malfunctioning key cards to the abandoned pool, this hotel looked like it might have been the crown jewel back in its day, but now those days are long gone. We were denied breakfast one morning because we were told that we didn't "reserve breakfast" when we originally booked the room. When asking the hostess where that option would have been located, not even she knew where you would select that option. No room service, terrible lighting, and broken elevator buttons were just the first red flags in a sea of red. I can confidentially say that I would not recommend this hotel.
