Construction on the floor above us was very loud and woke us up early. Housekeeping knocked on the door 3 different times before checkout waking us up. Overall terrible experience.

Bed was comfy

The bbq theme of our room.... Directions sucked...

Front desk person was friendly and helpful. Room was generally clean.

Noisy location (traffic, sirens, music, etc.) Main parking lot was full and we had to walk about a block.

Air conditioning was broken, tv didn’t work. Bathroom door was broken. Hotel was loud. For the few minutes that the A/C did work it sounded like a jet engine. Freezing cold shower

It was very clean great staff.

To use the microwave you had to unplug the tv ...no hot water in the morning to use shower. The microwave and things could have been placed more professionally instead of just stacking on one another.

Manager was nice. Room was fine.

We received our room 3 hours after check in. Didn't have hot water on the last day of our stay.

Room was not ready on time. Room not clean. No hot water for a shower. No clean towels. It was all bad

My friends truck got broken into and there were shots fired in front of the hotel

the grab and go breakfast was gone by 830.. nothing was out... The lights flickered on and off when they wanted.. It was something very strange.. Also 100 hold on your card incase of damages.. great way to do that but should be in the booking .com info.. so its not so unexpected

It was convenient with plenty of parking.

Both the TV and the coffeemaker didn't work. I told them about it at the desk, and they said they'd look into it, but no one ever did.

My room wasn’t ready at 4pm. She said they were fully booked the night before (the point of a hotel…??) and some rooms weren’t cleaned & mine was one of them. The guy in line ahead of me got his room despite her telling me she didn’t know when my room would be ready because she didn’t have the list. There was no list consulted when dude got his room … the pictures do NOT look like what’s on the website and everything smelled like dust . One room had that perpetually wet smell like pre mold if not already mold & the tv was busted. They were under construction which was fine but I wouldn’t stay here again. The hallway smelled like fumes. These are photos I took before we checked out. Beds were made when we checked in.

The location and price were really the only two upsides to this hotel, unfortunately. The location was close to some fun restaurants and bars and there was plenty of parking onsite and the price, of course, was great — but you definitely get what you pay for.

My husband and I were driving to KC on our way to Michigan and spent the night at this property. While the location was convenient and near some fun restaurants, we found the hotel itself to be lacking. The price was definitely right, but the room didn't really very clean. It seemed like the hotel could have been cleaned better and there were a few things that just didn't seem attended to — For example, an outlet in our room didn't have a cover — could be super dangerous with kiddos! — and the closet door was barn door style that would just slide right open. All in all, it was okay for a night, but wouldn't stay again.

The sack breakfast was not an ideal breakfast. One of the staff members was a little rude.

Huge pothole at the entrance, of the property, people sleeping out front of the building, door missing the room number, so had issues finding the room, had duct tape on the door, where the room # supposed to be, I guess they never replaced it, the tv in the room was broken, and I couldn’t be moved to a new room, cause they had non available.. I don’t understand this at all!! Cause what happened to the room I was supposed to have originally!! Told the lady about they tv, she looked at me like she didn’t know what I was talking about, I just checked in, how she didn’t know, is beyond me, but she looked in the computer and said , they haven’t fixed it yet!! But she don’t have another room to move me to.. the prices they charge for those rooms, they can afford to run to the store and replace the tv.. won’t be using this hotel anymore!! Worst experience ever!!

The people at the front desk were friendly.

After I checked in and got to my room, the bed wasn't made and the top fitted sheet and regular sheet were missing and the cover was wadded over part of the bed. None of the pillows had pillow cases. I had to go to the front desk to get sheets then had to make the bed myself.

The staff was not helpful. The rooms had a horrible smell(not sure what it was). Just not a comfortable experience. Would not go again.

Location was perfect n convenient

Valerie and Sara's sarcasm was underappreciated and very uncalled for when we arrived to check-in. The hotel didn't inform us of remodeling being done during or stay ( it would've been nice to know before arriving). The room wasn't cleaned efficiently, I mention this because I arrived in town and wanted to do an early check-in (2pm) and was told no by Valarie (who answered) because rooms were being cleaned for check-in (4pm). Which they didn't do a very good job (seeing how I found the previous guest credit card beside the room phone when calling front desk for different issue, smh).

It would have been nice to have a few more towels and another trash can besides the one in the bathroom. Also, the TV did not work through most of our stay. We reported it. But nothing was done about it until the last night of our stay when they offered a new room. We declined at that point as we would be leaving in the morning and didn't want the hassle of moving our stuff. Parking was a little problematic, but other than that, it was a nice stay.

All handicapped people are not in wheelchairs. The shower was I inadequate, the stool was way to low,asked for extra bedding did not get any. Room had terrible oder and the door was hard to open and close.
